Being an older brother of both siblings is not easy because you're the father, you're the mother, and you're the brother. Wise and Belle, the siblings duo who are also your mother's precious students, where you take both of them as your siblings.
The sound of sizzling was heard, and the smell of delicious portions of bacon and eggs surrounded the kitchen. The sound of water bubbling tells that you're making a hot coffee for yourself while for your siblings is just a cup of tea or some juice. They're still young so you forbid them from drinking coffee until they reach 25.
"Mmmm~ Smells so good! What's the breakfast today?" You turn around, and see Belle who already freshened up with Wise following her from behind.
"Morning you two, take a seat. Today I'm cooking some slices of bacon and eggs. Want some pancakes?"
"With blueberries please!"
"Mine with chocolate chip."
"Sure, go and prepare the table, breakfast will done in minutes."
"Kay~"
You're working as the Chief manager of Random Play Video Store while Wise and Belle worked as Deputy Manager if you're busy with something else. Not only that, you're also an Agent who works together with both of your siblings that everyone called them as 'The Legendary Phaethon'. But for you, people always call you 'The Myth Agent' because you rarely show up unless it's urgent.
"Any works today? If you don't have, a new set of movies are coming, need you guys to pick up." You said, taking a bite of your pancakes. If you remember correctly, there will be new sets of movies that need to pick up and since you're the manager of the shop, you ask for both either of your siblings to pick up.
"Sure, when they're arrive?" Belle ask, take a few chug of her apple juice.
"Maybe around this afternoon. Make sure you're free. If you're busy with your 'work', tell me in advance, I'll get it myself."
"Okay noted~/Got it."
"Good. Now, finish your breakfast. It's almost opening soon."
It's really hard to work as both manager and agent but you seems easily find a right time not to become both. You know your siblings work as Phaethon but you didn't said anything because it's not your job to interrupted. But, still your job to remind them not to overwork.
"Hello, welcome to Random Play! May I help you?" You greet the customer when they walk to the counter with video in their hands. "Hello, I want to rent this movie for a few days." You saw a movie that they holding and you give them smile.
"Sure thing! That will be 150 dennies!" The customer quickly pay you to rent the movie and you take their membership card, giving them some coupons along the date that they supposed to return the tape.
"Thank you and have nice day~!"
It was really a nice day... Until a new comes in.
See no customers on sight, you decide to take a break and let Bangboo 18 handle it. You walk to the staff room and take a seat on sofa, letting out yawn as if you're ready to fall asleep. "We interrupt your regular programming for this breaking news. A Companion Hollow has suddenly appeared on Fortheenth Street and has already breached level-three containment." The news went on as the bangboo 6 who watching the news, quickly rush to the couch where both you and Belle who listen to music with her earphone on, quickly shaking you, pointing at the tv at the same time.
"Ehn-nah! Ehn-nah! Ehn-nah!"
You let out groan, tiredly open your eyes, see the news about the hollow. You let Bangboo 6 sitting on your lap as Belle call out for Wise. "Hey Wise! Come check this out!" Meanwhile with Wise who carrying the tapes that you asked this morning, walk in to put on the table.
"Forteenth street? I think they mentioned it earlier on the news."
"In Janus Quarter. Based what the news said, it's already level 3 controls."
This time you said, continue watching the news together with Belle. "Yeah, Public Security were conducting a manhunt over there today. Evacuations may not be going as expected." Wise answer, typing on keyboard as he searching for something. But, based of what Wise had said, these immediately take attention from both of you and Belle.
"So, you're saying...?" Belle smiles and asks, despite knowing what they are going to do.
"We should get ready. We'll be seeing some business coming our way soon." Wise said, glancing at both of his siblings. You're going to say something but you hear the sound of bells, saying the customer is in the shop.
"Welp, I'm going to do some business with the customer. You two... better don't overwork. If I'm found out,"
"We will get grounded, yeah, yeah."
"At least you two understand. Now, go and get to work. Call me if you need 'help'. I'll be at the front desk." You ruffled Belle's hair and put down Bangboo 6 before went out from staff room.
"Cool, now we play the waiting game."
