Summary
Five years ago, after an accident that left Pro Heros Hawks and Endeavor wounded, villains gathered their blood together to create a genetically modified supervillain to take down the top heroes with speed and firepower. Being groomed from birth, this child has been training to fight heros. After an accident in the lab, he was raised in, he was discovered by the outside world and the heroes.
How will Endeavor and Hawks handle the fact that they now share a child? How will this affect their relationship that was heading into dangerous, more intimate waters? How will the rest of the Todoroki adjust to the knowledge that their father is raising another child? How will Hawks balance his Pro Hero work, League of Villains work, and being a parent? How will Endeavor cope with the guilt of the past? Will he allow this child in his life or will he let the Hero Commission sink their claws in him.

"So let me get this straight," Roy leaned back in his chair as if the physical toll of processing this information was too much. "You were thirteen yesterday, but you fused with your future self and now look eighteen, the military is full of monsters, we need to kill the Fuhrer to save the country, and you've apparently time-traveled to tell us all this."
Edward grimaced. "I didn't time-travel on purpose, and I'm fucking twenty-eight, you bastard."
Roy cracked the smallest smile at the retort, and the expression shot an arrow straight through Edward's chest. Shit. He didn't know it was possible, but his heart was breaking more and more each time Roy looked his way.
"I see your fond nickname for me hasn't changed over the years." He chuckled.
Edward felt something inside him break. The realization barely hit him at that moment; Edward was completely and unequivocally *still* in love with this man.
Fuck.(AKA time travel fic where Roy and Ed DID end up together originally, but it didn't work out so well. Edward is hurting, Roy is trying, and both are trying to not make the same mistakes-- though it's an extra challenge considering Edward won't tell anyone what even happened in the future--)
