   Summary

   Anya doesn’t blame Cara. No matter how hard she tries, every look into the girl’s eyes reminds Anya that she was as much a victim in all this as she was. If Anya had the means, she would’ve spared Cara from all this. The Tulpar provided no contraceptive, no Plan B or morning after, and no qualified professionals to perform an abortion. Jimmy’s torture expanded far beyond his scalding hands on Anya’s pale skin, because Cara had come out with ash on her face and burn marks over her heart. And worst of all, Anya couldn’t bring herself to tend the wounds. She hates herself, as much as she hates Jimmy and as much as she hates Cara.
