Summary
Shikamaru struggles to cope with the grief that comes with losing not only a mentor, but also a friend. While the darkness of loss and guilt surround him, other forces are making their way into the Nara’s bleeding heart as well – some of them as worldly as himself, others as divine and sinister as the power he thought to have buried forever underground.
Or: A story in which Jashin is pissed about losing his most beloved disciple and therefore curses Shikamaru with insanity while at the same time blessing Hidan with someone to match his crazy with.
