Summary
Brandon King is experiencing the worst crash out of all time.
After having a mental breakdown and losing his scholarship to the most prestigious university in Michigan, his parents find out about the one secret he never ever meant to reveal. Their solution to help him? Ship him off to some dinky little farm in Missouri so he can spend his summer breathing fertilized air and getting his head straight. Seems boring enough, right?
What he did not expect was Nikolai Sokolov, and Nikolai, an opinionated farmhand, has problems of his own.
The farm he's loved since he was a boy is on the verge of going under, and the mayor of their picturesque town has his eyes set on the land. Nikolai can see his future on that farm going straight down the drain if he doesn't do something. He sure as hell does not have time to deal with a spoiled brat from the city, no matter how pretty he is.
As they butt heads over the smallest of things, Brandon and Nikolai realize they have one summer to fix their fucked up lives - and fix each other.
