“No.” Youngji shakes her head quickly, then sighs. “Not really. Just… people online being people online, you know?”
“Mm.” He doesn’t press further, doesn’t try to prod her into saying more than she wants to. Instead, he picks up a piece of fishcake, dips it into her winning sauce, and holds it out to her.
“Eat.”
She blinks at him, surprised. “What are you—”
“You like fishcake, don’t you?” he says simply. “Here.”
