You are the assistant Nurse, hoping to gain experience on the job. Keyword assistant, not Intern. You don't do much assisting, though, as Anya covers pretty much all the medical needs. This leaves you with all the janitorial chores around the ship. The consequence of this position is cleaning up every mess that Daisuke makes. Even if it was an accident, it's annoying regardless. He's annoying. But he's the only one that gets you.
