   Summary

   The ADA is trying to protect children with abilities that the Guild is trying to snatch up for nefarious purposes. Mixing childish impulses with untrained abilities isn't always a good thing though, and the ADA finds themselves becoming quite literally childish themselves.
   At least it's Halloween and they can have some fun!
