“Haneul,” he says blankly. “As in my Haneul? Haneullie?” At this, he glances around the bed in panic, and indeed, his childhood plushie has vanished.
“Yeah! Your Haneullie!” The guy says, beaming so widely that the apples of his cheeks curve up prominently. “Oh, I'm so happy to be able to say that aloud!” He sits up in bed and claps his sweater-pawed hands together.
Speaking of sweater paws… now that Hanbin takes in the other man’s appearance, the light brown sweater with pink accents on the sleeves, matching brown shorts with a white bow at the waist… The colour palette matches perfectly, which leads him to conclude, “Am I dreaming? Did I… Did I dream up my plushie into… a human imaginary friend?”
The boy in front of him laughs, a loud, bright sound that makes Hanbin’s chest flutter. “No, this is real. here-“ He reaches out to poke Hanbin’s cheek. “- feel that?”
