‘’STAND DOWN!’’

Blood

Ichor

The ground, stained with the blood of mortals, monsters, and many others.

Death stood her ground, her weapon swinging at the foes she faced. Her heart racing and her blood rushing in her veins. She looks around, eyes wild and crazed.

War as all she could see.

Gods and Mortals, throat bleeding and blood pours to the ground. Her eyes dart to Enyalius. Her only true friend and her eyes shoot open. ‘’ENYALIUS— LOOK OUT!’’ The god turned just as Death used her weapon to Block an Attack.. coming right from Enyalius’ own father.

’’Asshat!”’ She screams, knocking him in the side of the canyon and making him vanish into darkness. The duo stand back to back, weapons stood still and hearts racing. ‘’Up north, far south. Hit them where it hurts.’’ Death says, her voice sneered with anger and venom. The god behind her nods, and the attacks behind up once more.

The weapons clash, sparks fly. The duo swing at their foes, anger laced in the way they fight. All this for what? So some petty King can get a lay off? The titans can’t win. THEY WON’T WIN!

Thanatos blocks an attack coming from behind, and kicks the poor God of the hearth across the field, ‘’I’m sorry Hestia..’’

Enyalius faced her blood, flesh and tears. Enyolius. Standing over the inch or she spilt from her son. ‘’You disappoint me.’’ She spat, before the edge of a scythe is pierced in her stomach. ‘’Talk shit like that again.’’ Thanatos spat as the goddess falls.

Thanatos helps Enyalius up. ‘’Stay close, those others can’t hurt us together.’’ Her words ring in his ears. ‘Together..together.. together..’

’’ENYA!’’ The god turned to Death, eyes half closed,’’Y-yes?’’

’’We need to go? Hades says their almost here..’’

’’Enyalius?’’

’’Enya?’’

The wind rushed by, the dark cloak of the Incarnation of Death whips in the harsh breeze. It was silent. Her hair is battered in the cold. She turns around.

’’E-Enya?’’

The sky is gray with harsh storm clouds, the wind blowing harshly against her pale skin. Her eyes dart left to right. ‘’Enya?!’’ Her voice and one become desperate in calling for her friend. ‘’ENYALIUS!’’ She screams.

The sky starts to rain. The god stands still, dropping her weapon of war. Her eyes dart again and again. She can’t figure out what she was looking at. Where was Enyalius?

’’E-ENYA?!’’ Her voice cracks, her head moves with her eyes. She looks at the corpses of humans and monsters, fuck was her job a about to be a fucking pain.

’’ENYA!’’ She cries, tears streaming down now, her expression changing from confused and then to pain. ‘’Enya! Don’t leave me!’’ She starts moving, feet staggering to mover her body.

’’Please! Where- Wh- Where?!’’ Her mind races, unsure what to think say, scream, do.

Was- Was she abandoned? In the middle of a war?

’’Enya!’’ She screams again, eyes watered and unsure what she was looking at.

She falls to her knees. Her legs battered on the ground. Ichor spilling from her cuts. Her eyes widen, staring at the dirt and soil.

Where was he?

’’ENAY I’M BEGGING YOU!’’ She screams as she clutched her heart, bending down, face almost touching the dirt. Her tears, along with the rain, stain the ground below. Her screams and pain lace the air.

She wasn’t sure what was happening.

Was this real? Another sleep trick by her twin? Was it her sisters, the Fates, messing with her? Maybe it was all a dream.

But.. yet..

It didn’t feel fake.

He didn’t answer. No matter how loud she screams, how much she begs and cries.

Enyalius didn’t reply.
