sitting out side the hpsc is a young hero in training the first quirk less to ever enrol into the heroics class
"no he is an asset he can not be there to help train the next generation of heros" the hpsc said to nedzu who was sitting next to the young hero in training he was here to observe but he felt something snap inside almost like an elastic band snapping and he just started to sing the incantation his mom tought him to sing when he felt like you was going to yell out in anger
"wither and decay
end this destiny" he sang quietly while looking at the empty hpsc building as it was late at night and the only time nedzu could speak to the hpsc presidant
"break these earthly chains
and set the spirit free" he continued, nedzu and the hpsc president stop there discusion when they heard the sound of concreat craking and both turned to look at the hpsc bulding as it came crashing down
"take what has been hurt" the teen continued louder and turned to look at the strict women who started to strugle to breath
"izuku" nedzu called in shock
"grant them no mercy" he sang with aggression lacing his voice
"Izuku stop this instant" nedzu orded while pulling out his phone to call in some help
"bend and break the reigns" he sang louder while standing up to look down at the women with disgust and hatred
"you are what is wrong with this society thinking you can own a living breathing human being and you deserve what is happing to you" he growled out
"Midoriya, stop this if you dont we will have to arrest you" hawks said upon landing
"and set the spirit free
the spirit free" he finished off however pro hero erasure head got there in time to nullify Izuku's quirk
"problem child?" Erasure asked
"whyd you stop me" the teen asked with malice in his tone
"you know why kid" kantaro said upon landing
"dad?" hawks called
"yeah baby feathers but not right now" kantaro said
"you insolent brat how dare you" the president coughed out
"i could still kill you not physically but i can socially after all what would the people say when it comes out that the presidant of the hpsc sold her son off? wouldnt look very good on you or the hpsc would it mother" Izuku snarled
" you wouldnt" Inko snarled back
"try me and while im at it i might even announce how the hpsc brought babies to train up has heros bassed on thier quirks" Izuku whispered into her ear
"fine, you can have him hes of no use to us when he wont follow one simple order" the woman snapped

hmm it seems Izuku developed a voice quirk, how do i best help him to control it well need Aizawa to nullify the quirk if it gets to out of hand but who else can we get to help the young boy, maybe Yamada as he has a voice quirk himself and Kayama to put the boy to sleep if needed
