"i'm just trying to get the right angle! the lighting keeps changing!"
"that’s because you've been at this for hours, joochan," donghyun laughed.
joochan could feel his friend’s disappointed gaze as he posed for yet another selfie. "i can't send them a bad photo! i'm not very good at selfies," he whined. he scrolled through the photos he had just taken, swiping to delete them all.
"give me your phone."
before joochan could protest, donghyun snatched the device out of his hand.
"now go sit down, and i will take photos. you will look more 'boyfriend' than you ever have before."
“i- okay,” joochan agreed, sitting down at a table. "now what?"
donghyun shrugged. "just do normal things. sip some coffee, eat some food. i will take the best candid photos."
putting his trust in donghyun, joochan did as asked, hoping the pictures would come out as good as donghyun promised. you'd sent him a selfie nearly three hours ago, and joochan had yet to come up with a shot that could compare.
"and done," donghyun stated.
joochan flew out of his seat, stealing his phone back from donghyun’s grasp. he scrolled through the camera roll, eventually selecting one to send to you.
"thank you," he sighed, relaxing until the phone buzzed in his hands.
it took you three hours to send that? i love you, you idiot.
