Summary
After the year Gale had a health scare and locked himself in his house without interacting with anyone, Morena made him promise that he has to pick up the phone whenever she calls, no exceptions. If he doesn't answer, she has the right (and a key to his house) to barge in and check on him to make sure he's okay.
