“Hey Jinx?” Ekko asked. “Have you seen my...coat."
He stopped when he saw her curled up in the dark green jacket. It seemed to dwarf her, making her appear more like the old Powder, back when she would steal Vander’s coats in the winter.
“Come on, pow-pow, I bought you your own stuff.”
She shook her head.
“This is mine now. Look, I decorated it.”
Ekko rolled his eyes at the sight of the colorful scribbles that now covered what used to be his coat.
“I thought you were out of paint.”
“I stole some.”
“You stole some? We have money.”
“Stealing is more fun.“
"Well, if you’re going to steal my stuff, you’re going to have to share. Scooch over.”
He sat next to her, pulling the rest of the coat over his own shoulders. It was a tight fit, but he didn’t mind that, and neither did Powder. He could feel her body against his automatically relaxing as she rested her head on his shoulder.
“Still cold?” He asked.
“No,” she murmured. “This is nice.”
