Summary
After a heated fight with his toxic boyfriend, Charlie retreats to the freezing rooftop of his New York apartment building to clear his head and locks himself out in below zero weather. Luckily, and unfortunately, someone sees him and calls emergency services, thinking Charlie is going to jump. The call brings Nick, a rookie firefighter, to the scene. Through a long night and a hopeful morning, Charlie begins to believe in the possibility of something better. For Nick, what started as a routine call becomes a meaningful encounter and proof that even in the darkest moments, a new day can bring light.
