Chapter Text
As I wandered thought the corridors thoughts as worries swarmed my head, was almost the end of the year and school was about to end, and still, I didn't had a clue on how my future could look. Sure, I somewhat knew my likes and dislikes, in what i was good and in what i was not; history, languages, literature, social studies. But is not like none of them could be used and organized in one career. Maybe I should become a teacher and dedicate my life in passing down the history of our kingdom to future generations, maybe I should be a librarian and and become an archivist, maybe I should continue to learn other languages and become a translator. But, none of these never felt like I could do for the rest of my life... I'm not sure if I could feel fulfilled wit-
My train of thought is interrupted as I hear a loud noise from my right, some of my younger classmates from the town school seemed to be about to start a fight. and people started form a circle around the two kids.
"whats wrong with you! Why can't you just understand that we NEEDED to hand today, I did my part, now you just needed to go in front of the class and present it to the teacher!"
"I DID brought it, but he said that I absolutely cannot hand something with blue paint and that we should take seriously this type of assignment and how this is a training to the future and how in the real world we need to follow the rules an-"
"that sound like very bad planned lie, why would the paint color be important!?"
"I KNOW, I think hates us or something I'm pretty sure he just made this um when he saw that we've made it"
Oh, the younger students just seemed to be victims of Mr. Luzant, an infamous professor that for some reason almost seemed to want to make his students fail. I understand your pain little ones... I should definitely do something about it.
"Hey! you two"
"WHAT" Both screamed at my meddling.
Look, I know you are upset about having to trow away an assignment and star all over, but here.
I took and transparent solution from my pocket.
"this is a oil based paint solution that isn't compatible with the school paint, if you use it in your paper the paint will darken, it will solve your problem" They looked at me confused.
"Uhh, how did you knew it?"
"I was also a victim of the color nitpicking last year, he always does this by the end of the year so we the veterans forget to tell you guys, sorry. Please share it with your classmates"
"Oh, so we aren't doomed to fail..."
"Yup"
They both look at each other ashamed on how their big fight was all about something so easily solvable and so petty on the teacher's side. Things calmed down and people started to go away as it no tumult had ever happend. And just as a few seconds passed a teacher finally comes... when everything had been solved, as always.
"what happend?" the teacher asked
"well, just a small conflict between them, nothing to be worried about"
"From what I heard they went form screams from complete silence in seconds. Did you solved it? If yes then well you has some nice diplomacy skills heh~"
"What does diplomacy means?"
