Summary
It’s Halloween. For one night, Gotham’s ridiculous cauldron of insanity and deprivation becomes an attraction rather than a deterrence. The Bats are all hands on deck. Bruce is perched above the rowdy laughter and ridiculous costumes when a rogue phantom finds him once again.
