   Summary

   Astarion is on the hunt for the monster who abducted his lover. But when he tracks the monster down, it makes him a deal he can't refuse: A battle. Win, and he gets to leave with his mate unharmed. Lose, and the monster get to have him instead.

   Astarion takes the deal, and he has no intention of winning.
