Long ago, one race ruled the earth…
…the Ancients.
They were faced with a great problem…
…the likes of which had never been seen before.
To solve the problem, they created the iterators.
But the iterators were slow, and when they could not solve the problem…
…the Ancients solved it themselves.
And left their world behind.
Then, the SCAVENGERS and SLUGCATS arrived.
These two races typically kept to themselves, forming separate colonies.
But one day, war broke out between the two races.
An iterator assisted the scavengers, and created a great seal…
…one that could only be broken with an absurd amount of KARMA.
In doing this, she trapped the other iterators as well as all slugcats underground.
Where they remain to this day.
