Summary
Draco Malfoy's plan to rehabilitate the Manor is going smoothly, until he gets to the part where he opens the library to the public. All he wants is to be able to keep an accurate, real-time view of the library inventory; make and manage borrower accounts; track circulation (with due dates, holds, et cetera); and for it to all be automatic. The Muggles have figured it out, haven't they? He'll just sign up for a course. How hard can it be?
