So this was drawn digitally but I traced a sketch that I've done on paper, it was originally because the sketch came out really good but was too small to make an illustration out of, and I thought it would look good as digital art.
Anything I ended up finding a new technique, 10/10, as a traditional artist, working on paper and then going digital made this so much easier.
This is a pretty simple drawing but I'm slow, the ibis paint timestamp said it took me 3:35 hours but this was done mostly after midnight so I'm not sure how long it actually took.
Another new thing is that I've used custom brushes (free ones), and put a paper texture on a multiply layer and I love the result. I'm also learning how to properly sign my work (fun!).
I can't think of anything I dislike about this but if I stared at it really hard I could probably find some mistake, honestly thought my only complain this time is that I've been trying to draw a full body illustration of chuuya for centuries but his character design is just really complicated (respect for the animators).
Anyway when I'll finish that drawing I'll post, I'm also planning to post a colored version of this.
