“I knew you’d get a cold!”
“Like I said before mentalist, you don’t just get a cold from being in the cold, and besides I just sneezed, and I have a runny nose so that’s why I coughed, basic science dude.”
“You know I didn’t catch all that right.?”
“Should I teach you then?”
“No!, no, I don’t want school Senku”
“Alright.”
“I’ll go ask Yuzuriha to make something warmer for you to wear, or you might actually freeze, that coat is definitely not warm enough for you, maybe Suika but yeah.”
“Did you know that the hottest stars are blue?”
“What huh, don’t change the subject!”
“Like your eyes..”
“Huh.?, are you saying my eyes are hot, that doesn’t eely ray make sense Senku, I think you need more sleep.”
Even though Gen said he didn’t understand, he was slightly blushing from Senku’s comment.
“I thought it was obvious but I could explain the difference of colors for y-“
Senku got cut off mid sentence by a blanket getting tossed onto his face by Gen.
“Ack-, mentalist!, the fuck was that for”
“For not giving me a straight answer!, did you eriously say that my eyes were hot?, or no”
“How about you tell me”
“I’m serious Senku!”
“Mm, yes I did., I answered you okay”
“Thank you! Hmf, wait- you like my eyes?”
“Yeah the dark blue shines bright under the moonlight, and whatever.”
Said by Senku who was now blushing more than he’d like to ever admit to anyone.
“That’s pretty sappy coming from you Senku”
“Oh shut up mentalist!!”
“Pfft-, well, your eyes are pretty too Senku.”
The two look at each other in the eyes watching the light from the sunrise glistening on each others faces.
“Y’know, you’re pretty sappy too mentalist”
“I know”
As the last word was said Gen and Senku kissed, which by how Senku would describe it ‘Ten billion percent awesome’ but it was gentle and sweet so to say, and the whole scene would look great as a photo.
Too bad the only camera they had was their memory and the sunrise.
