“How much longer?”
“How many more times are you going to ask that?” Buttercup asked, lying on her back while she looked up at the ceiling.
Bubbles stood by the window, watching the snowflakes fall, her eyes wide as she counted or attempted to count the snowflakes that fell as she waited ever, not patiently, to be able to build a snowman.
“Patience,” Blossom said. “We’ll eventually get to go out and build a snowman.”
“Snowman?” Buttercup said. “Who said anything about making a snowman?” She turned over, watching Bubbles start to pout. “I’m going to build a snow fort, the biggest one I can.”
“Whatever floats your boat,” Blossom said, shaking her head while Bubbles stared.
“What?” Buttercup asked.
“You aren’t going to use all the snow, are you?”
Buttercup frowned, then turned to her other side, pouting slightly. “Don’t worry. I’ll save some snow for you.”
