Summary
Sevika is a new councillor in Piltover. She's lost her adoptive daughter, adoptive niece, and both within two weeks. And now she's trying to fucking fix Zaun, give the children there a life she didn't have, just like Mel Medarda said they would, now that they have a Zaunite councillor.
But that was all bullshit, what Medarda said. Sevika had endlessly tried to solve the problems in the council meetings, advocate for sending aid and enforcers down to Zaun to help the families that evacuated return, but to no avail.
So she takes matters into her own hands. She doesn't need anyone's help. Although she does appreciate Medarda getting her a new arm, with unfortunately little-to-no violent implements, Gods, does that woman get on her nerves. Mel Medarda was a liar--and worst of all, she really, really couldn't keep her sorrow off of her face like Sevika can.
But oh well. Sevika has to go to Zaun and do what she can, with or without the council's help.

Sevika needs to solve the long-running feud and help her people in Zaun. If Mel wants to tag along, so be it.
