Summary
His eyes gesture toward the ballroom. The bartender places two fresh glasses in front of them. “Tough day?” Felix asks, starting to feel the heavy looseness of alcohol sinking into his veins.
Seungmin laughs in response, finishing his drink in two fluid swallows. Felix’s eyes track the bob of his Adam's apple.
“You could say that.” Seungmin shrugs off his suit jacket. “I’m happy for him. Jisung fits him better than I ever did.”
Felix hums. “Another round,” he toasts, “To finding our soulmates.”
Seungmin follows his lead. Felix sighs, his brain to mouth filter weakens with his deepening intoxication. Seungmin looks oddly vulnerable without his expensive suit jacket. They’re both here, drinking alone. “I walked in on my most recent ex in bed with his stylist.”
Seungmin winces. “If a man will cheat on you, there’s no hope for the rest of us.”
“What does that mean?” Felix snorts.
Seungmin rolls his eyes, not answering. “I had to find out my ex husband was dating an international supermodel two months after we split.”
