3/6/24- [Niki here, and oh boy do I got a story. My father, Clay captain, and my gma puffy, were fighting again. Not even physical, just loudly talking about if I should try to contact my other parents. Minx and George Davidson. I don't understand how my father could hate papa so much. He takes care of me. Actually knows what I like and who I am. He and his wife know more about me then my actual everyday parent does. So what the man couldn't just walk away from us. My papa wanted the best for me and it was for me to see him and my father. But anyways, there's not much I can do before-]
"Surprise attack!" Tommy yelled. "Knock it off Tom! I'm trying to write!", Niki yelled back. "Are you writing another song?!", He asked Niki with stars in his eyes. "No, I'm Journaling.", she stated. 'Tommyinnit', or better known as Tommy N. Captain. Tommy was Niki's 13 year old lil brother. He was a pain as her father would put it. She didn't really mind him except for when her bf would come over. Then she shoos him out of the house. Niki closed her journal and give her attention to Tom. "So why is dad and mima arguing again?", Tom asked a bit sad.
"They wanna give us to the vampires but they won't take us", Niki joked. She knew how much her father was a tech geek but his best friend's dad told him to slow down on any big, life changing projects cuz he still has kids. Her father just wants to keep his fame. "Vampires!?", Tommy gasped. "I thought mima said they weren't real". "I'm talking about our neighbors dummy! Papa says they're vampires cuz they never leave their house", Niki said proudly. "What are you too on about?", Their father said walking in on the conversation. "Nothing!", both kids announced. "Alr, so Niki when's your next book study?", Her father asked. "Dad, I'm not in book study anymore!", She said a bit annoyed. "Well then uh, How's Sally?", He tried to make up for not knowing. "Sally's being a witch with a b", Niki rolled her eyes. Niki wasn't allowed to swear in the house. "Oh well that's not nice! I thought you guys were friends?", Her father asked. She got up and walked away.
Niki never had a good bond with her dad. He tried but, the only good memories she had was when she was four, her papa and her dad were still married. She wish they could get along. As she stepped outside for a breather she looked over to see a familiar face. Techno B. Watson, or what Tom calls him 'Da Blade'. He's been known to be the best fencer in school. She never spoke to him much, she just knew him as Jared's brother. "Hey...",Techno said, giving Niki a nod. "Hi...", Niki replied with a nod back. She didn't expect to really even speak to him. He never normally greeted her so she basically didn't know him. "Why are you out here?", Techno asked looking around to see no one else outside. "Argument with my dad again", She sighed. "Yeah, Jared and my dad argue all the time. That's why I'm out here", Techno said with an awkward laugh. He didn't like socializing. Techno and Niki parted aways and went back into their own houses.
3/7/24 [Jared and I have plans for our band!!! He swears that when we're famous one day, he'll make sure everyone knows that the band was my idea! And if you wondering, even tho I don't care. Sally I trying to flirt with Jared. I don't understand why, there's no need. But anyways, I gotta run. Or I'll be late for band practice.]
Niki closed her journal and got up quick. Grabbing her mic and shooting out the door. During band practice, they tried figuring out how to start up the band. They all looked at Niki, it was her idea anyway. She froze, she didn't think she'd be in charge. After they tried to come up with ideas, some arguments, Techno can into the room to asking Jared something. "Hey Techno", Jared greeted not expecting him to come ask him in person. "Hullo, um I have to talk to you", Techno spoke before whispering into Jared's ear. Jared shook his head, and pointed to Niki. Techno nodded and left. "What was that?",Niki asked confused. "It's nothing, love",Jared brushed it off. Niki followed, though she was confused still.
As Niki kissed Jared goodbye. She walked into her house to pack up her backpack to go to her Papa's house tomorrow. She missed going there. "Hullo my dear",Her father greeted her. "Hey", She spoke back a bit tired. "You're up late, what's wrong?", He asked. "I've gotta go to papa's tomorrow, remember?", She said in a laugh. "Oh right! Sorry, I completely forgot. Need help?", He offered. "No I've got it, I think you should rest dad", She giggled. Her father smiled, Clay always told Niki she laughed just like her papa. He missed George, but he's married. He left Niki's room. Niki finished up, then went to bed.
