Summary
Minato goes through the motions of his life without feeling much. He has little to give him purpose; he couldn't care if he lived another day or not. But then, he meets a transfer student, and that changes everything.
The day had only just begun, yet he was already tired. A deep, gnawing hopelessness clawed at his bones as he contemplated the thought of going through the motions of his repetitive routine once again. Nothing ever changed. But then the classroom door slid open, and something shifted. It was a sound he’d grown accustomed to—mundane, ordinary, just another part of his monotonous world. Yet today, he felt a strange pull, compelling him to glance toward it.
