Sherlock has a case in Rome, and John, of course, is needed as well! Considering antiquities/art thieves are operating in Rome, that's where they head, and visit many sites and museums that might be targeted. After a number of enjoyable days, a slight mishap ends up with Sherlock spraining and ankle in a tumble down the grassy banks of the Circus Maximus. After a visit to the hospital and a rest at the hotel, John cuddles his adorable Detective and thanks him for the wonderful holiday, which Sherlock tries to convince him was a 'case', but John knows Sherlock too well. ;-) VERY SWEET!
