Summary
Oscar Willowhouse is an old head in the paranormal world. Having been on the hunt for over ten years, he's gotten comfortable with the realm of the spirits and their ilk. Ghosts make sense, far more sense than the world of the living, and that balance eventually pushes Oscar and his sister, Joni, to leave behind the flashy, big ticket ghost jobs and take up work for a smaller operation run by the enigmatic Tom Sage.
Things go well for Oscar until they don't, with a strange encounter setting the stage to not only break Oscar's understanding of ghosts and their otherworldly realm, but to bring into question what really happens after we die.
