   Therefore, when Steve finally snaps and reaches out to put his hand in Eddie’s hair, tangling his fingers in the softer and frayed curls at the base of Eddie’s nape, and bringing their faces closer and closer before kissing him, a gentle and sweet press of warm and damn lips against chipped ones-
