My second StabFest collab this year. For this I got to work with the amazing FriendofCarlotta who wrote a beautiful fic. Please, if you haven't done so, go read it.

Work Text:

The little origami elephant and other animals are present during the entire fic. It's a beautiful metaphor for Cas being a shapeshifter that FriendofCarlotta waved into the story. So it was perfect for the banner.

I'd never drawn a baby, but I wanted to try to capture Bobby John. FriendofCarlotta sent me a photo of the onesie and I just could not use it for this.

This shift is so important in the fic, and FriendofCarlotta captured it wonderfully. It's so tender and beautiful, so I tried to bring it on paper.
