What I put in the summary with a little expansion on it
This is an idea I've had, along with many others, in my head for a long while. Basically it's a very loose retelling of the original Star Wars trilogy with heavy inspiration from Arcane. Mainly with it's characters. I would try to write it myself but unfortunately I'm not the best writer and I'm usually left busy with work and tired at the end of the day. If anyone is up for writing this I'd think it'd be very interesting and cool to see what people come up with, especially if it's not a complete retelling of Star Wars and them not using the script verbatim. I want people to have fun with this. Even if that means adding fun twists to it and making it more dark and mature with language and themes to have that Arcane vibe for the characters. My original idea was to have this be a Cait-Vi centric story with Caitlyn as a young imperial officer or stormtrooper in her late teens or early 20's who eventually defects to the Rebellion and Vi as a young force sensitive farmer or smuggler, eventually turned Jedi Knight, who gets roped into the mess and ultimately has a destiny she doesn't quite fully realize or understand until later. It'd have been a slow burn enemy to friends to lovers type relationship that'd span over the course of a few years until the end of the Empire. Probably with angst and hurt and comfort thrown in. No one needs my permission to write or use this idea as I'm very curious to read what multiple people write, though I think longer chapters always make for better stories. Even if that means not as frequent updates compared to shorter chapter stories.
