Summary
After surviving the rebirth of Voldemort, and having Fudge dismiss him, Dumbledore isolating him is the last straw. Harry realises that if anything's to be done about Voldemort, he's going to have to be the one to do it. Slipping his handlers, he sets out on his own path and learns a surprising amount about the wizarding world along the way.
