Work Text:
Almost 1 year has passed since the events that took place in Biosyn's laboratory where Beta was captured to be analyzed for unknown experiments intended to harm her without her mother's consent. Fortunately Owen Grady, the raptor keeper from the now defunct Jurassic World park, along with the help of Dr. Claire Dearing, her adopted daughter, Dr. Alan Grant, Dr. Ian Malcom and Dr. Ellie Satler, managed to get her back to her mother to regain the peace she really needed. The last time Blue saw Owen was when he made a gesture of thanks for the safe return of his daughter and that although they could not see each other often due to their adaptation to nature, their encounters were becoming more vulnerable and difficult. One day, they awoke from a small cave where they could be kept warm during the winter by the peculiar sound of wind and snowflakes hitting the ground without making any noise.
Beta (Whispering): Mommy, wake up! Look! snow is falling again
Blue (Waking up and yawning): Good morning, darling... What do you said? Beta: Is snowing. Wanna play with me?
Blue: Just 5 minutes let me prepare my body to leave, be patient
Beta: Sorry mommy
Blue: There's nothing to say sorry, I just want to tell you that wherever we go, we must always be patient and then go out calmly. You know that danger is everywhere out there and I must protect you.
Beta: Yes, mom
Mother's promise was fulfilled and finally they left the cave to explore the new snow that was falling slowly and gently where the wind force is low, and the temperature is low although they got used to the almost extreme cold of the forest. Among grasses and trees covered with snow, Beta looks at the ground with a peculiar plant that they have never seen before, a tulip-like flower that impresses him by pulling his jaws out in excitement and walking in circles over the plant.
Beta: Mommy! Look this flower, is so beautiful
Blue: Wow! I've never seen that kind of flower before, good eyes sweetie
Beta: Thanks
Blue: You're welcome. See, you're learn from my steps
Beta: I'm doing my best
Blue: Don't worry, sweetie. Everything that you can find around you, you'll get it
With that beautiful words, Beta smiled at her mother one last time before returning to see the peculiar flower with so much emotion without stopping to show her clean fangs of happiness and Blue feels very proud that her daughter is on the right track to become a brave hunter at her age. Suddenly the sun's rays begin to come out of the mist that covered the sky where it is difficult to see any clouds to tell the state of the day. She turns and sees the sun beginning to rise. The sun's rays were carefully shining on their skins as if the great creator of planet Earth was giving them his great blessing so that they would have the opportunity to adapt to their new lives in peace and harmony.
