   midoriya izuku was the boy with the heart of a hero, despite his quirklessness. he always saw the good in others and would always put others’ needs above his own. but as bakugo katsuki wears that goodwill down, izuku is left with nothing but scars and pain. the heart he wore on his sleeve was left unguarded, and in a moment of vulnerability, izuku’s heart sours as he’s pushed over the edge.
