   Summary

   An AU story of my “An Enduring Affection” story where Emmrich saves Manfred and doesn’t become a lich. In this story, my Mourn Watch Rook is dealing with different crises, and some of the same events will happen but in different ways/times.

   Evelyn “Rook” Ingellvar, and Emmrich Volkarin have their hands full raising Manfred after the conclusion of the battle against the Gods. As things start to form into a new normal Rook begins to enjoy things she long denied herself. A happy home full of laughter. Peace. Rest. She begins to long for even more happiness to share with Emmrich and their growing family.
