Work Text:
Will's eyelids flutter, the light from outside shining right into his face. A weight is settled on his chest and against his side, but he doesn't open his eyes right away.
He breathes, calm, remembering that everything is over. Relief settles over him and the arm over his stomach shifts.
"I can tell you're awake, babe."
Will grins, opening his eyes to look at Mike. "Hey," he mutters, voice soft.
"Hi," Mike returns, head raised as he leans on his arm with shiny eyes. "Pretty," he adds right after, his cheeks going pink.
Will blushes, then kisses him. Everything's peaceful.
