They learn how close they came to losing one of their own.
"Izuku was naïve. He was fifteen and he wanted to be a hero and he was naïve, but he was not a fool. The bit of One for All he’d funnelled into his right arm was not going to be enough to save her, so he let it go, power fizzling out of him like the wick of a candle after it had been capped.

“Oh,” Shigaraki said, his voice dragging against itself like nails on a chalkboard. “It’s a little late for that, Eraserhead.”
Across the way, Aizawa was staring at them, blood dripping slowly into his glowing red eyes. The giant monster had a fistful of his hair in one hand and an arm in the other, poised and ready to snap. He was in worse condition than Izuku originally thought, but nothing was worse than
Izuku closed his eyes.
Just a memory."Series
