Summary
The host looks smug. “Listen to our wise, honourable client, one of the Turks from the Shinra Electrical Company, enjoying us tonight.” Tifa's eyes widen at his words. “Make her time at our divine Honeybee Inn worthwhile,” he says, and pats Tifa on the shoulder. “Room 39.”
He presses the key into Tifa's hand.
Tifa is quiet for a long moment before her fingers slowly close over it. She lifts her head to look at Elena again, mouth thinning.
“My attitude won't improve,” she says. “I'm in a bad mood today, and I'm normally unpleasant. I won't simper and coo for you. You still want to hire me?”
Elena flicks her hair out of her face and smirks. “What do you think?”
Tifa considers her for a moment. “Make it triple, and I'll be your girl for tonight.”
The Turks get an all-expenses paid-for trip to the Honeybee Inn.
Elena isn't interested in hiring anyone for the night.
