Till’s soul would’ve joined his and Sua’s, trapped on the very same stage, but at least they would be together. And Ivan would be happy, because it was never about sacrifice or giving Till a chance; rather because Ivan, selfish, selfish Ivan, didn’t want to be the one that had to live.

    It was about himself the entire time, and his insatiable desire to be the first of them to go.
