Chapter Text

Izumi Midoriya was considered an adorable child since she was born.

She always had an air of innocence in her eyes and an attitude to match.

She would become even more endearing when her quirk came it.

It was a week since Katsuki Bakugou got his quirk Explosion, and Izumi was just minding her own business on the swings when she saw Katsuki and two other boys bullying a kid who had a minor plant quirk.

"Kacchan, what are you doing?!" She said getting in front of the bullied kid.

"Eh? He didn't want to let us have the ball, so I have to show him who's boss!" Katsuki snarled.

Izumi stiffened as Katsuki charged forward and she thrust out her hands when....

Stars came out and knocked the boys back.

"Huh?!"

"Stars came out of her hands?!"

"Her quirk...her quirk...wait....are those ears?!" The long fingers boy asked.

Izumi felt her head and her human ears were gone, they were replaced with long pointed ears with dark brown interiors. Behind her, right at her hips, was a bushy tail with a cream colored tip in a flower pattern, and she also had a large furry collar that is also cream-colored.

Izumi couldn't believe it. She had a quirk!

After showing her mom, they were now at the quirk doctor.

"Now this is beyond expectations. It seems you have a special hybrid quirk. A combination of Emitter, Mutant, Transformation, and Accumulation. The first I've, or really, anyone has ever seen!" The female doctor said.

"What?! Really? How?" Inko asked.

"Well, if I recall you are a fourth generation user of a mild telekinetic quirk and your husband was a sixth generation fire breather right? Did some family members on either side have a mutant quirk or something?"

"Well, my great-grandmother had a fox quirk, and one of my husband's relatives had a Hydro-electric quirk."

"Those may have factored in, but I also found something in Izumi's DNA. Her genetic code seems to be unstable, not in a bad way, and it seems to be influenced by the environment. For now, I would like to have monthly visits until we get a better understanding of her quirk before we give it a proper name." The doctor said.

Izumi's new tail wagged in excitement as she gained a very unique quirk.

Izumi liked that she gained a quirk but now she was overwhelmed as she became the new center of attention.

"Wow, you look fluffier!"

"Is that tail real?"

Katsuki scoffed as Izumi looked nervous. No matter. Her quirk is still not as good as his.

Izumi had been researching what she could do as she was with Bakugou and his little followers. Eventually they got to a stream and something caught Izumi's eye.

Katsuki noticed Izumi went to the shallow river to pick it up.

"What are you doing Deku?" He asked.

"I think I found something." She said as she grabbed it.

It looked to be a stone, a deep blue with what looked to be bubbles inside it.

'Wow...' she gazed at it.

Katsuki was about to say it was just a stupid stone, when it glowed and she felt a surge of power from it.

Her ears changed into webbed ones, her tail became more fish-like, and her hair became an Aqua blue. A white fin now encircled around her neck, and a third fin appeared on her head like a dorsal fin.

Izumi couldn't believe it! It was like she evolved or something!

Katsuki's lackies couldn't believe their eyes either.

"Did Midoriya change somehow?!"

"Was it the stone?"

"Is it permanent?"

Katsuki was about to yell when Izumi suddenly tried her tail when it suddenly glowed blue and water from a wave hit the water causing ripples.

Izumi was stunned. She used a water quirk!

About nine years passed since then.

Izumi had also found other stones which affected her and expanded her capabilities as well.

They include the Water Stone, Fire Stone, Thunder Stone, Leaf Stone, Ice Stone, Moon Stone, Shiny Stone, and Sun Stone.

She also kept notes on her nine forms which she discovered over the years and had the stones put into two special bracelets for her. Four stones in each.

She wound up needed a full notebook for each of her forms.

Over the years, her hair gained brown highlights to match her ears and tail, which would change color depending on her transformation.

She also took up an interest in dance class so she would study various dances. Favorites include latin, sensu, ballroom, veil dance, pop, jazz, swing and freestyle.

At class...

After roll call, the teacher started their class agenda, "Since you're all third years it's time for you to think seriously about your future. I'll pass out hand-outs for your future plans now, but..." The teacher pauses and roughly grabs the papers he set on the desk; while the students start activating their quirks.

"... You're all..." With a huge grin turns around and throws the papers out and happily announce, "... pretty much planning to go into the hero course, right?"

As the teacher says this students started showing off their quirks with a jubilant cry. While Bakugou once more had his feet on the table, Izumi had a small smile painted on her face. "Yes, yes, you all have wonderful quirks! But using your powers at school is against the rules!" The teacher cheerfully admonishes the class.

Of course, Bakugou speaks up, "Teach! Don't lump us all in the same group. I'm not gonna be stuck at the bottom with the rest of these rejects!"

Izumi rolled her eyes at his claim.

Bakugou continued in belittling their classmates even as Izumi ignored them, "You all should shut up like the extras you are!"

The teacher made a considering noise and read from his notes. "Oh, if I remember correctly, you and Midoriya want to go to U.A. High, right, Bakugou?" Everyone started reacting with how U.A. was known for the almost impossible acceptance rate. Though some began whispering that Izumi was a shoo-in.

Bakugou had to refrain from bursting in anger though. Izumi was the only one who could beat him in a fight ever since she started experimenting with her powers.

Though she preferred not to be in the spotlight too much, she'd rather be in the underground to find the real dangerous villains. Heck one of her forms was perfect for it! Plus with her uncanny cuteness, she could bring villains to drop their guard until it is too late.

Later, Izumi was on her way home though a tunnel on the way, when she heard a sludge-like sound.

"I never thought that such a cute face with a cute quirk would exist. Maybe I'll have some fun with you before I take over your body, my pet." A voice oozed out.

Izumi turned to see a sludge villain coming out with a perverted look on his face, as she felt him undressing her with his eyes.

"I don't think I'm suitable for your needs since I'm still young, so no thank you." She said backing away, ready to set an attack.

The sludge villain launched at her, but she used one of her special moves:

"Freezy Frost!" And thus freezing the sludge villain in a block of ice.

Izumi rushed home to be safe.

Though halfway she ran into a certain prohero.

It was Midnight.

"Quite an attack back there sweetie."

"Eh? You saw it?"

"Course, but quite unexpected as you don't look like an ice quirk user."

"My quirk is really complicated. It has many facets to it."

Midnight smiled. She may have found a new protégé.

Meanwhile All Might caught the Sludge Villain, but did not know who froze it.

In a gym location...

"So you want me to test my limits?" Izumi asked.

"Yes, for now explain your quirk."

"I call it Genetic Adaptability. I'm currently in my default form, but when I touch one of the stones on my bracelets, I can become one of my other eight forms. Water, Electric, Fire, Ice, Grass, and the last three, I just decided to call my psychic, dark and fairy forms. They have their own powers too. The time limit on them varies. Depending on my strength and energy I saved up, I can be in the form for almost 12 hours. But if I go over my limit I turn into an animal version of my default form for the rest of the day. But I can still use my default powers, although my clothes don't change with me..." Izumi said embarrassed.

Midnight nodded. "Alright. Aside from default, what's your best transformation?"

Izumi turned to her Leaf Stone as her ears and tail became more leaf-like and her hair looked bright green.

"My second best is my water form, but I like this as well as I can use a move I call Nature Power. It's like my default Secret Power, but stronger. It turns into a different move depending on the current battle terrain.

Midnight was impressed. Her quirk had a lot of potential.

"Alright, and your shortest?"

"That would be my Fairy Form." Izumi said touching the Shiny Stone, and changed.

Her collar became Ribbons with one in her hair, as her ears and tail became pink and she gained pink highlights.

"My Ribbons act as feelers, they can sense emotions, and even erase hostility. They are also useful for long range attacks and taking down opponents."

'Almost like Eraserhead, but more cute.' Midnight cooed to herself.

Yup, Izumi was gonna go far.

Nine months later.....

After all the training with Midnight, Izumi was ready to enter the U.A. Entrance Exam.

After going through the test, which was really easy. Now she was waiting for the Physical Exam.

Aside from fangirling about Present Mic, Izumi was nervous on how she'll do in the exam.

She was in a sleeveless brown hoodie with black metallic shorts, as her tail wagged in anticipation. She also wore a collar with a special tag.

"Oh, you nervous too?" A voice came up.

It was a brown haired girl with round cheeks smiling.

"Yeah, you too?"

"Yeah, but let's do our best." She smiled.

Then Izumi heard that the gates were about to open. Getting ready, she used a Quick Attack to get a head start.

Present Mic saw her move and smile. "So that's the one Midnight wanted to recommend. She has potential." It's true, Midnight wanted to recommend Izumi but the girl wanted to prove herself, rather than take the easy way.

As Present Mic told the students there's no countdown, Izumi had found 3 2-Pointers, and a 3-pointer.

Smiling, Izumi Tapped into her Water Stone for her Aqua Form.

Her hoodie became Aqua blue, and her shorts became yellow.

"Aqua Tail followed by Ice Beam!"

Striking them down, she turned back and ran for more.

The teachers were watching with interest.

"A good crop of hero hopefuls this year. Those who can analyze the situation." Snipe said watching a boy with tentacles.

"Those who won't be late to the party." Hound Dog said watching a Iida child.

"Who can adapt to any situation." Recovery Girl said watching a girl make combat poles to fight.

"And there are the heavy hitters." Vlad said seeing Bakugou and Kirishima with their quirks. Especially with Kirishima's mutation.

"Of course there are the wild cards too. Those who are unpredictable." Midnight said seeing Midoriya, changing her forms for the situation.

"Yeah, I noticed she's got a rare hybrid quirk. She's the one you wanted to recommend?" Ectoplasm asked.

"Yeah, but she wanted to get in on her own merit. Her quirk is Genetic Adaptability, when she uses the stones on her bracelets she can transform her abilities for different situations. I can tell she'll go far." Midnight said proudly as Izumi took down more robots.

Then Izumi stopped as she spotted one entree, Aoyama on the ground in pain, and to their surprise, she rushed to his help and healing him with a bell move.

She did the same with other examinees.

Nezu smiled as a glint appeared in his eyes.

"I think it's time we give them a real test." Nezu said as he pushed a button.

Izumi paused as she helped the 20th person in the exam.

"Okay, I helped 20 people, that should get attention. I also took out 17 1-pointers, 9 2-pointers, and 15 3-pointers. That adds up to 80 points. Hope that will be enough." She said before a big rumble came up.

She turned to a large robotic spider thing.

"That's the Zero Pointer?!"

"It's too big!"

"Aw man, my quirk is useless against it!" Some students yelled as they ran scared.

But Izumi spotted the brown haired girl under some rubble crying for help.

Izumi ran with a Quick Attack and jumped with a Bouncy Bubble.

Then she did a gesture for a dance as she touched her Sun Stone, going into her Psychic Form. Her ears became more cat like, she gained a Ruby in her forehead, her tail slimmed and the fur and her hair became a light purple.

"Psychic Terrain!" She said as the area gained a pinkish purple glow.
" Psyshock!" She yelled as an odd psychic wave struck the Zero Pointer with a crushing purple beam, making it go up in the air, before breaking apart into smaller parts, that got crushed into powder.

Izumi exhausted by everything, fell and found herself caught by something.

Oh, yeah, she used up her power and she's now in her animal form. She was caught by the engine legs boy.

"Whoa! You turned into an animal! How is that?!" The brown haired girl asked.

Izumi pointed at her collar and Iida looked and seemed to understand and pressed the button. A recording played.

"Hello, I'm Izumi. If you see me in this animal form don't worry, it's what happens when I use up my energy. I become like this for the rest of the day to recharge. Oh, and can you please gather up my clothes? They don't change with me. Thank you."

The girl spotted the clothes nearby and gathered them up.

A week passed since Izumi took the exam and was now waiting for the letter.

"Izumi! The acceptance letter is here!" Her mom said.

Nervous, Izumi opened it, and a hologram emerged.

"Hello! I could be a mouse, dog or bear, but you can call me Principal Nezu! Miss Midoriya, for Written test, I am happy to say you passed with flying colors, an exceptional 110%. Now for the practical exam, we were very impressed with your performance of taking down the Robots, a total of 80 points! But that was not all we were looking for. We also saw that you went out of your way to help fellow examinees with exceptional healing, 20 total. As we also have Rescue Points, we decided to give you: 80 Rescue Points for helping them!

But there is more! While the other examinees ran from the Zero Pointer, you took it down to save another examinee!! I must say, that is the kind of attitude we want in our school!

For defeating the Zero Pointer:

An additional 140 Rescue Points!

So in total you have:

300 Rescue Points, surpassing the reigning score of All Might who had 100 points!

We welcome you to your Hero Academia!" Nezu smiled as the rankings revealed Izumi was in the top in the Entrance Exam.

Izumi cheered as her mom cried in happiness.

Katsuki grit his teeth when he saw that he came in FRIGGEN SECOND PLACE!

Chapter Text

It was finally time.

Izumi was going to her first day of U.A.

Giving her mom a kiss goodbye, she left for the school.

"Alright, my class is 1-A, so I'd better look for that....ah! Right here."

She looked up.

"Whoa, door is huge. I guess that is to be expected some students and teachers are larger than others. We'll, here goes nothing. " Izumi said as she opened the door.

And the first thing she saw was Katsuki siting in his spot like he owned the place while being lectured by the robotic boy.

"What do you think you are doing, with your feet on that desk?! Get off of it this instant!" The megane said.

"I'd stop if I were you. Back in middle school, the teachers basically overlooked his actions since he had an impressive quirk and high grades, despite his attitude." Izumi said patting the blue-haired boy's shoulder.

"You mean you went to the same middle school? How did someone as well-mannered as you know him?" He asked.

"Our mothers were childhood friends so..." Izumi shrugged. "Oh, I'm Izumi Midoriya."

"Oh, right! You're the girl with that hybrid quirk. I'm Iida Tenya. I can't believe that you knew there was a hidden goal to the entrance exam. I need to learn more from you."

"Wow! We have the same class now? I'm Urakaka Ochaco!" The round-faced girl said in joy as she saw Izumi.

The other students watched and whispered.

"That's Midoriya? She's the one that got 300 points!"

"The one who broke All Might's record?"

"She must have a powerful quirk."

"Wow! She's a living gijinka!"

"If you are here to socialize, get out." A older, tired voice said.

It was.....A human caterpillar somehow snuck up on everyone, probably due to how loud they were being but it was still impressive. "This is the hero course, act like it or get out. I'm your homeroom teacher Shouta Aizawa, pleased to meet you. Now put on these uniforms and meet me outside. Don't make me wait."

Just as quickly as he arrived their supposed homeroom teacher left the stunned class 1A.

Izumi had quickly changed into her gym outfit, her tail twitching in anxiety.

"Good, you got here quicker than I expected. For today, we'll be doing quirk apprehension tests." Aizawa said getting their attention.

"Quirk test?"

"What about orientation sir?"

"Hmph. My class my rules. Now, It's about time that you kids get to know just what your quirks can do, and the government has been procrastinating on that front for the last century. Midoriya, you'll set the example since you got the highest score on the entrance exam. How far can you throw a ball without your quirk?" He asked the green-haired girl.

"64 meters was my latest last year in middle school." Izumi said.

"Alright, Throw this ball as far as you can. This time do it with your quirk. You can do what you want as long as you don't leave that circle." Aizawa said throwing a ball to her.

Izumi nodded to herself and focused her mind for her attack.

"Glitzy Glow!" Izumi struck the ball as it was surrounded by a strong telekinetic force, and it was sent flying, surprising everyone.

Aizawa looked at his scanner, and was honestly surprised. "Exactly what I want to see, to test beyond your limits." He said as he showed the results: 883.6 meters.

"Whoa, almost 900 meters?! Crazy!" A male with yellow hair and a black bolt said in amazement as the other students were excited to use their quirks.

"Enough gawking, now that we've had our demonstration it's time to move on. You can talk amongst each other if you want, just don't interrupt any of the tests. And you better give them your all. If if any of you do poorly, I will label you a lost cause and expel you on the spot." Aizawa said with a scary grin.

Izumi was surprised but she was not gonna slack off.

Right now, she was prepping for the 50 meter dash. Seeing she's going against Bakugou, she decided on her Electric form, tapping her Thunder Stone, she gained yellow ears and hair, and a spiky tail.

"Whoa! She just transformed!"

"So cool!"

Bakugou frowned but he would beat her.

"Go!" A computer voice said as Katsuki used his quirk to go forward, but Izumi used Quick Attack with Agility to go faster.

Izumi: 0.004 seconds!
Katsuki: 4.05 seconds!

"Wow! She's fast! I barely even saw it!" A pink skinned girl said.

Next was the standing long jump, where Izumi decided on her stealthy dark form, and cleared the long jump.

The vertical jump was a little tricky, but Izumi settled on using her Psychic Form to get herself up higher, completely jumping over the whole thing.

She kept the Psychic form for the Grip Test, and got 735 kilograms, with a multi-armed boy having 540 kilograms and so on.

Other tests were pretty simple, including the seated toe touch, as the pink girl did great and Izumi used her Fairy Form to accomplish this.

Sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups were all simple, but Izumi used her Snow form to keep cool and not Overheat.

Then they had the long distance run, so she kept the Snow Form to slide across the ground with Ice. The boy with white and red hair apparently had the same idea.

Next was a Punching Machine Aizawa set up. Izumi settled on her Grass Form. Using Sunny Day first, she used a Solarbeam to strike the machine, knocking it off the chain, and it fell apart.

Sideways jump

Mineta, the grape head, was the best so far, using his quirk to make purple balls and bounced off them.

Izumi settled on her Electric form again for the Agility and managed to get 64 side steps.

Then there was the reflexes test.

Everyone did a fair job except Mineta, then it was Izumi's turn. She went back to her Psychic form to tell when the balls would come thanks to her fur.

The ball throw was last as Izumi was starting to feel tired.

Then Aizawa called her up.

Apparently he wanted to see how far she could really throw the ball this time.

Using the last bit of energy she had, Izumi settled on her Aqua Form and fired a Hyper Beam.

Aizawa was impressed this time as he showed the results.

"1,542 kilometers?! Seriously?!" A boy with tape elbows exclaimed.

"Now that's some hard-core power!" A boy with red spiked hair said.

Katsuki gritted his teeth.

The dual haired boy was surprised as well. 'Izumi Midoriya huh? I'll have to keep an eye on her.'

Suddenly, Izumi found herself shrunk and poofed into her Animal form.

As the class panicked, thankfully, Ochaco and Iida explained what happened.

"Don't worry, it's a side effect of her quirk. If she runs out of energy, she turns into that for the rest of the day to recharge." Iida explains as Ochako gathered Izumi's p.e. clothes.

"Aw, she's so cute!" An invisible girl cooed as the other girls agreed.

With that, the tests were over, and now they were looking over results.

It went on to 20 where Mineta Minoru was placed.

Of course the boy would have been upset if it weren't for Aizawa saying the expulsion was a ruse.

Right now, Izumi was with Ochaco as she got some energy bars from Recovery Girl to recharge to get back to her human form.

"Thanks, Ochaco. I'll need to remember to keep snacks on me to keep my energy up." Izumi smiled.

"No problem, besides, after this we will need to use our quirks during Heroics Class. And the best part, I heard that All Might will be teaching!" Ochako squealed.

"Really? I didn't hear that from Midnight."

"Midnight? The R-Rated Heroine? You know her?" Iida asked.

"She's my mentor. She also wanted to recommend me to U.A, but I wanted to get in on my own power." Izumi explained.

Ochaco was amazed by Izumi. No wonder she's this amazing!

The next day, classes kicked off well.

It was exciting for Izumi to see multiple heroes teaching the classes.

Aside from Aizawa as homeroom teacher, Present Mic was an English Language teacher, which Izumi was good at since she began to study other languages. She was also fluent in Italian, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, and was working on Russian, Portuguese and Arabic on her own time.

Cementoss for Modern Literature.

Ectoplasm for mathematics.

Others include World History, Japanese History, and Science and Home Economics.

Then there was her mentor Midnight, the Modern Hero Art History teacher. Izumi really loved that class, even excelling in it.

Finally, it was the last class of the day.....

"I AM COMING INTO THE ROOM LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!" All Might announces as he throws open the door and enters the room.

Izumi had to hide her giggle as she thought that's not how a person enters the room.

As All Might announced that they will be doing some battle training, he added. "Now we can't have you fighting each other in your school uniforms now can we? So…" he pushes a button and numbered suitcases popped out of the walls "...we had your costume designs built by Support partners all over, such as Deternet and Kamino. Now you'll look like heroes, as you learn to become one. Now, get suited up and meet me at Training Ground Beta, clearly labeled on the map you were given yesterday along with your schedule."

Izumi smiled as she got her suit.

At Training ground B, everyone commented on each others suits, Ochaco noticed that Izumi had yet to appear.

"Sorry about that. Took me a while to get my tail in." Izumi said.

She was now wearing a simple sleeveless brown hoodie with cream fluff on the rims. Her shorts were also cream-colored and brown hi-top shoes adorned her feet.

Her collar now was replaced with a simple white bow the tag still attached.

"Wow, that's a simple outfit. But is it good for heroics?" Ashido asked.

"I asked them to make a special feature for my outfit. You'll see."

"Sir, this is the fake city from the Entrance exam, will we be fighting robots again?" Iida asks, getting looks of confusion from Todoroki and Yaoyarosu

"Not today young Iida. Now listen up. I'm sure most Hero fights you know of take place on the main streets, where everyone can see them. But, in truth, the worst and most dangerous of encounters actually take place indoors. Out of sight from the public. Black market deals, secret lairs, hostage situations, clandestine meetings, and so on. The most cunning and savvy villains do their dirty work in the shadows. And this, is what we'll be exploring today. You'll be split into pairs and then participate in 2 on 2 battles of Heroes and Villains."

"Isn't this a little advanced, and dangerous for our 2nd day?" Tsuyu bluntly asks.

"The best combat training isn't learned in a classroom but on the battlefield, and there's also the important factor that you're not punching a robot like the exam, but a real person. Plus you will learn how strong your powers are against one another. Now, we will decide teams by lots." All Might said.

"Isn't there a better way?" Iida asked.

"Actually, in real life Pro Heroes often team up with others they haven't met before. And in a crucial situation, any heroes nearby have to lend their power as well. Think of this as training for the real thing." Izumi explained.

"When you put it that way, it makes more sense." Jiro said.

"I see." Iida agreed.

With that, everyone was put into two teams.

A: Izumi & Shoji
B: Uraraka & Iida
C: Mineta & Momo
D: Bakugou & Todoroki
E: Mina & Aoyama
F: Koda & Sato
G: Kaminari & Jiro
H: Fumikage & Tsuyu
I: Ojiro & Tooru
J: Sero & Kirishima

Izumi turned to Shoji. "Looks like we'll be a team." She smiled.

"Let's give it our best." Shoji nodded.

All Might then drew two teams for the first match-up.

"Alright, the first face-off will be between......Team A as Heroes, Team D as Villains!" All Might announces.

Izumi was surprised she would face off against Bakugou off the bat.

As Bakugou and Todoroki were setting up, Izumi and Shoji had to plan carefully.

Then it hit her like a lightning bolt.

Bakugou would probably try to go after her, so it would be easy to keep him away from the objective.

Todoroki was also a powerhouse with his ice, but she has a form to counter him. He's also said to have fire, but he doesn't use it for some reason.

She knew which forms to use.

"Shoji. I got an idea. Here's what we'll do." Izumi told Shoji of the plan.

With All Might's signal, the mock battle begins.
Shoji quickly used his quirk to track the enemy.

"Seems there was some fighting on who should face us. Bakugou is heading our way, Todoroki is on the fourth floor, and they placed the bomb there. But Todoroki is guarding it." Shoji said.

Then Izumi, in her Psychic Form, sensed a shift as Ice was coming.

Touching the Fire Stone, she went into her Flare Form, and her outfit changed to resemble an Arabian dancer.

"Heat Wave!" Izumi said as a heated wave of air countered the Ice, making the building warm and wet.

Todoroki was shocked that his ice was countered.
Bakugou cursed as the water made his explosions sputter, and Izumi jumped him.

Izumi let out a yawn, making a floating bubble pop in Bakugou's face, as he became drowsy, falling asleep.

Shoji made quick work capturing him.

Now Todoroki had to be dealt with.

Izumi and Shoji moved to where Todoroki was and he tried to freeze them but Izumi countered with Sunny Day and another Heat Wave.

Then Izumi did a Quick Attack, pinning Todoroki to the ground as Shoji got to the bomb.

"Hero Team Wins!" All Might announces.

"Alright! We did it Shoji!" Izumi leapt up and hugged her partner.

Todoroki just watched Izumi as the two talked.

'She has fire as well. I was not prepared for that...'

Bakugou was also awake by the time they won.

Back with the others...

"Wow! She completely countered Todoroki and took him down!

"Seems she can use fire too!"

"I heard that someone wanted to recommend her, but she took the exam to prove herself. And she got a score of 300!"

"Todoroki was recommended, but he doesn't seem to use his full quirk." Tsuyu said.

"I believe the old saying is, 'Without full effort, the results are meaningless.'" Tokoyami pipped in.

"That lucky ice block! Being pinned down by a hot tamale like that!" Mineta silently cried.

They all met back to go over results, with Izumi back in her default form.

"Now can anyone tell me who the MVP of this match is?" All Might asked.

"All Might-sensei, I believe it was Midoriya. She built up a valid strategy quickly, and figured out how to handle the situation quickly. She also kept Shoji from taking serious damage even preventing Bakugo from causing any damage and keeping Todoroki occupied while letting Shoji get to the bomb. She also used Todoroki's quirk against the enemy, as the melted water kept Bakugou from using his quirk." Yaoyarosu said.

'She said more than I expected, but...'

"Exactly! Great observation Yaoyarosu!"

Izumi watched as the others went over their training.

Some were creative and followed her example, others took precautions.

She was surprised about Kirishima's quirk and the weird augmenting mutation it had, although he wound up messing up his arm. But he and his teammate still won.

After All Might's class was a free period to go over training results before heading home.

Either way...her second day at U.A. was great!

After reviewing, Izumi looked over at the clock.

She had to head off now.

"Izumi, you leaving now?" Ochako asked.

"Yeah, I have Dance Classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday. See you guys tomorrow!" Izumi waved goodbye.

Midnight was impressed as she saw the results of the combat training with Aizawa.

"I know you wanted to know how Midoriya did, but still. Playing favorites already?" Aizawa asked the heroine.

"Hey, I won't be the R-Rated Heroine forever, plus I would like to see how far Izumi will go. My hook is sexiness, but hers can be cuteness. Plus, you haven't seen anything yet." She smiled.

The next day, Izumi witnessed the media trying to interview some students about All Might.

"Yikes, the press are a bunch of vultures." Izumi said as she managed to squeeze through and into the school.

Izumi now seated in class, she listened to Aizawa.

"Decent work on the combat training. Kirishima." He looked at the spiky red haired boy. "I noticed that you only won the fight by messing up your arm. I'd suggest working on improving your mutation and show some urgancy."

"Yes sir."

"Alright, let's get down to homeroom. This task will be important for your future.....you need to select a Class Representative." He said making the students relax.

"Pick me! I'll be class rep!"

"I'll take it!"

"Yeah, you'll need me."

"Someone with style is perfect for the role!"

"I'll be the leader!"

"I'll make the girls' skirts be 30 centimeters above the knee!"

"I'LL DO IT! I'M YOUR ONLY CHOICE!"

Izumi was not surprised that everyone wanted to lead the class, as it would give them a chance to be noticed by agencies and prove they have the qualities of a real pro.

Then Iida intervened that the best idea to decide is through a vote.

"But, we've known each other less than a week. Well, most of us that is..." Mineta argues, while acknowledging Izuku, Bakugo, Kirishima, and Mina, as 2 pairs of childhood friends.

"True, most of us have little to no reason to vote for anyone but ourselves." Tsuyu ribbited.
"Maybe, but those with the most votes must be the most suitable for the job. Sir, may we hold the election?" Iida asked.

"Just decide before my nap is over." Aizawa said as he fell in his sleeping bag.

Izumi blinked as she saw Iida was able to take care of the situation. She knew who'd she'll vote for.

The results were:

Midoriya Izumi: 3

Yaoyorozu Momo: 2

Everyone else: 1 or 0

"Three votes?" Izumi said surprised.

"Alright, who voted for her?!" Katsuki yelled.

"What, did you really think anyone would vote for you?" Sero snarked.

Iida blinked when he saw that he got one vote.

"One vote? Guess someone was inspired by my speech..." He muttered.

"Wait, so you voted for someone else?" Momo asked.

"Wonder who voted for Iida?" Sato asked.

Aizawa then announced that Izumi would be the class rep with Momo as Deputy Director.

Izumi frowned a bit but had an idea.

"As Class Rep. I'm giving the position to Iida." She said surprising everyone. Even Aizawa was slightly curious why she would give it up. Iida was staring at her with wide eyes in shock.

"What? But you won the vote, why would you give it up? Also… can you even do that?" The last question was for Aizawa, who clearly didn't care, but he wanted to hear from Izumi.

"Because, I don't want to be representative, I don't have time for it as I have Dance Classes and my studies to worry about. Second I believe Iida can fulfil this position, he is extremely motivated, outgoing, and it was his idea to hold an election. Third, and no offense to everyone else, but you did jump into the chance causing a squabble over the role, but Iida was able to take control of the situation peacefully."

The students then whispered...

"Well now that she mentions it..."

"We did jump into it without thinking."

"Okay then… The new class representative is now Iida. Now leave me to my nap and go to lunch." After Aizawa said that, the bell rang.

Izumi, Iida, and Ochako were all seated together in the lunchroom eating. The blue-haired boy shifted in his seat as he turned towards Izumi, "I would like to say thank you, Midoriya, for giving me the position of class representative, but I must admit I'm still confused… why would you give it to me?"

"Like I said, you were able to take control of the situation and had the class participate in the election. Besides, it takes more than muscle to be a leader, intuition is also needed to get a team ready and it's far more useful than blind courage. It actually happens with animals too, the one that detects danger first to ensure safety is often the most qualified to lead, it means safety. That's why I voted for you." Izumi said.

"Wait, you voted for me?" Iida asked as Izumi nodded.

Then they went into the topic of Iida's family.

"You see the Iida's have been pro-heroes for generations, it runs in our blood."

"What?" Uraraka exclaimed, "That's awesome."

"Are the two of you familiar with the Pro-hero Ingenium?" Iida asked the two girls he was eating with.

Izumi lifted her hand as if she were in class, "He's your brother, right?"

Iida was surprised that Izumi guessed it correctly, "Y-yes. How did you know?"

"It's not that hard to figure out if you watched the news and keep track of heroes. Your hair and facial structure look just like his; also your last name is Iida." She then pointed at the table, signaling beneath, "Also, your quirks are the same, but yours are located on your calves."

Then an alarm went off.

Apparently, someone managed to trespass on the campus grounds and get past the barrier.

Thankfully, it was only the press and Iida took control of the situation.

Now the class was getting ready for Heroics.

They were traveling to the USJ for rescue training, which was strange, seeing as how there was a break-in earlier.

"Midoriya?"

"Yes Asui?"

"Call me Tsu." the frog girl interrupts but continues. "I'm straightforward and kind of blunt so I'm going to just come out and say it. Your quirk is weird." Tsu states flatly, and honestly, Izumi couldn't argue against that.

"She's right, you have a cool hybrid quirk." Sato agrees.

"All those flashy, eye-catching powers, makes even my Hardening quirk look pretty mediocre." Kirishima sighs, his hand shifting into a rocky-looking material for a minute.

"Not true, your quirk is one of the strongest defensive quirks I've seen. With a quirk like that, you'd be great in combat and be able to withstand explosions and bullets."

Kirishima blushed a bit as he listened to her complement his quirk, "R-really? T-t-thanks! But, if any of our classmates have pro-quirks, it's Midoriya, Todoroki and Bakugo."

Looking over, she saw Bakugo looked irritated as usual, and Todoroki was sleeping.

"Sure, but Bakugo is always angry, so he won't be that popular," Asui said while smiling.

Bakugo heard what Asui said and stood up, "What the hell did you say?!"

Kaminari decided to add fuel to the fire. "You know we basically just met, so it's kinda telling we all know your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage." Making Bakugou snap at him.

Izumi was surprised. Back at Aldera, Bakugou was always praised, even though she had her fair share of admirers. But now he was the one getting teased. Guess Aldera just wanted the medal of having students getting into U.A. regardless of his attitude. But this was not Aldera. Things are different. Bakugou was slowly having his first real taste of reality. Having an abrasive attitude will get him nowhere.

Aizawa then said that they arrived at the USJ.

"Hello students, I've been waiting for you." came the cheerful voice of a lady in a big puffy spacesuit.

"The Space Hero, Thirteen! The pro that rescued countless people from disasters across the world!" Izumi squealed in excitement as her tail wagged.

Urakaka cheered too. "Thirteen is one of my favorite heroes!"

Showing the kids inside, Thirteen spoke.

"Welcome to the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, a facility I designed myself to train you future heroes in various Disaster and Rescue scenarios" 13 announces once everyone was inside.

"Hey 13 where's All Might? Don't tell me he booked an interview today? He only has 1 class a day." Aizawa grumbles lowly as he walked over to the Rescue Hero.

"Actually he used up too much power on the way to work and is resting in the Teacher's lounge" 13 explains quietly, raising up 3 fingers as they does so they doesn't have to reveal the secret around the students.

"What an irresponsible fool. But we should get started." Aizawa sighs.

"Right. But first before we start, Iwould like to address something important. I'm sure those of you who know me are also aware of my quirk, Black Hole. A very powerful, but also incredibly dangerous one if used incorrectly or without careful consideration. With the certification of all quirks, as well as how heavily regulated they are in our society we often forget just how unsafe they can be when left unchecked. As Heroes, losing focus and being careless could be costly or even deadly for those around you. Even if trying to Rescue someone. Your previous classes with Aizawa and All Might helped you understand how powerful your quirks are and how dangerous they are when used against another person." Thirteen explains. "Today, you will learn how to use those quirks to save other people's lives. After all, that's what being a hero is about, ensuring the safety of others."

The students were enthusiastic from the speech.

Then Izumi felt her ears twitch as she saw something from the Plaza.

An inky black fog appeared in the central plaza of the USJ, which soon expanded into a portal or vortex-like phenomenon as people with less than friendly faces came out.

"Are they part of the lesson Sir?" Kaminari asks as people start pouring out of the portal, most notably a lanky-looking man wearing what looked to be severed hands, and a jet black hulk with a metal beak and exposed brain.

"No, Ive seen some of them on the news! Those are real villains!" Izumi states, making the students tense

"Thirteen, get the students to safety, anyone who can, try contact the school, I'll hold them off." Aizawa said.

"Sir, your quirk and fighting style is based on stealth, one on one fights, and ambushes! You're at a huge disadvantage in an open brawl like this!" Iida said.

Aizawa smirks as he puts on his goggles "Well, then there's your first lesson of the day kids. No Hero is a One-Trick-Pony."

Aizawa leapt into action as Thirteen and the students headed for the doors.

And that was when the Mist Villain appeared.

"Greetings,” The black mist said. 1-A collectively tensed, and Izuku could see that Thirteen-sensei was worried. “We are the League of Villains. It may be presumptuous of us, but we have invited ourselves in to the home of the heroes, UA High School in order to have All Might, the Symbol of Peace, take his last breath.”

The previous tension grew tenfold and the greenette was surprised. ‘All Might? Kill him? But, how did they even know that he would be here?’

“I believe All Might was supposed to be here,” the black mist’s voice cut through the silence; “Has there been some kind of change?”

‘Change? Wait… The break-in! They used the press as a cover!'

"No matter, I still have a role to play."

Although Katsuki and Kirishima attempted to take him down, it was ineffective.

The black mist that presumably made up the villain’s body grew larger, towering over the class. “I am to scatter you all, leaving you to be tortured to death!”

Izumi then looked as she saw she was heading into the Shipwreck Zone.

"Ah! Water Stone!" Izumi tapped the blue stone as she went into her Aqua Form. Her hair became Aqua blue, as her hero outfit became a yellow top with blue jewels and a frilly blue skirt like a swimsuit. As she hit the water, she turned her legs into a full tail.

Swimming fast, she saw that Asui and Mineta were there too.

A shark villain attempted to jump Izumi, but he was countered by her Iron Tail.

The three students made it to the ship as Izumi saw there were other aqua villains.

"Even with careful planning, they probably don't know what our quirks are." Izumi whispered as her tail turned back into legs.

"That's right, they would have thrown me into the fire zone instead, and they obviously don't know you can adapt to any environment, kero." Tsuyu said.

Izumi then got an idea as she knew of their quirks.

"I got a plan. Here's what we'll do." She whispered.

After going over the plan...

Izumi leapt up and vanished into the water.

"Huh?! Where did she go?"

"Did she vanish into the water?"

Under the villains, Izumi used a big Whirlpool to catch them off guard.

Izumi leapt out of the water. "Tsu! Mineta, now!"

Tsuyu jumped from the boat with Mineta and the boy threw as many sticky balls as he can, and they trapped the villains.

"Looks like we cleared the Shipwreck Zone." Tsuyu smiled.

"And I had a bowel movement earlier today, so they won't be going anywhere." Mineta added.

Izumi breathed as she had to get her classmates to safety, then she, Tsuyu and Mineta were met with a disturbing sight.

Aizawa was pinned down by some monstrous bird man that came out of a Frankenstein movie.

There was also a male dressed in a black long-sleeved shirt and pants. He also had multiple dismembered hands on his person, even using one as a mask.

Then the portal man appeared next to him.

"Tomura Shigaraki."

"Kurogiri, did you manage to kill Thirteen?"

"The rescue hero is out of commission, but there were students I was unable to disperse and one of them got outside the facility."

Shigaraki looked irritated as he scratched his neck. "Kurogiri, you fool. If you weren't our warp gate, I'd tear apart every last atom in your body." Then he stopped. "We cant win if dozens of pros show up to stop us. It's Game Over, back to the title screen. Dammit. Let's go home......

But first.......

Why don't we break the Symbol of Peace?
Wreck his pride?" He said looking over at Izumi and her classmates.

He rushed ahead to use his quirk.

But Izumi intervened and used Protect.

"Huh?!"

"Scald!" Izumi said blasting the male with hot water.

"YEOWCH! THAT'S HOT!"

To make it worse, Izumi then used Chilling Water followed by Muddy Water, then pushing him back with Surf.

The male was now messy and shivering from the cold water.

"Enjoyed your bath?" Izumi teased.

Shigaraki grit his teeth and barked at his Nomu.

"Nomu, forget Eraserhead. Kill that girl!"

Nomu rushed but Izumi quickly touched her Sun Stone and her outfit changed into a purple Sequin top with a flowy chiffon skirt as she gained her Espeon Form.

"Telekinesis!" Izumi said as she made Nomu float in the air and used Future Sight followed by Confuse Ray and Psychic Terrain.

"Hey, no fair! Nomu was build for strength! Not for an ESPer!" Shigaraki yelled. "Nomu, get her now!"

Nomu just looked dizzy, but wound up hitting himself in the jaw, almost knocking it off, but it quickly healed up.

"It healed from that?"

"Ah right, Nomu also has instant regeneration, not to mention shock absorption, making him a perfect punching bag." Shigaraki bragged.

"Absorbtion, not nullification? That means he has a limit." Izumi smiled. Then she used Heal Block followed by Magical Leaf aimed at Shigaraki and Kurogiri too.

And Kurogiri somehow got hit too!

"Ack! How did you get hit?! You're a mist man!" Shigaraki said as they both received cuts, and noticed Nomu wasn't healing.

Then Nomu acted like he had a spasm as he was dropped to the ground.

"What's going on?! Did she block his regenerative quirk?!" Shigaraki yelled.

Then he noticed the frog girl and short kid were gone, along with Aizawa as he realized she acted as a distraction!

But as he realized this, Izumi touched her Fire Stone, going into her Flare Form.

"Smog!" She yelled releasing a purple mist that struck Nomu, and he twitched as he glowed purple.

"She's poisoned Nomu!" Kurogiri exclaimed.

Then Izumi built up her power as she unleashed a Hyper Beam at Nomu, making him fly out of the dome and into the sky.

Shigaraki couldn't believe it! Nomu was defeated! Not by All Might, but by a NPC! He itched his neck in a frenzy.

"Nonononononono! You cheat! You weren't supposed to beat Nomu! We were not told of a secret boss!"

Izumi decided to press his buttons. "Well then, consider me a free tutorial. Do you need a beating too? Or If I were you, I'd rather retreat to the REAL mastermind of this attack and tell him how you failed."

Shigaraki paused. "What?"

"Hey, did you think I'm stupid enough to believe a bunch of low level thugs would really succeed under a manchild? And next time, face me like a real man!"

Shigaraki really got mad.

"Kurogiri. We have to kill her. All Might is a threat, but he is getting weak. She'll be more of a threat if we let her go."

"Understood."

But then the door burst out as All Might stood there.

"Dammit! Now the final boss shows up! It's Game Over for real!" Shigaraki yelled as Kurogiri had no choice but to retreat as he took Shigaraki.

"This isn't over! I will destroy the Symbol of Peace, and you'll also pay for meddling!" He said as he vanished.

Izumi breathed as the last of her strength passed and turned into her Animal form and she passed out.

Tsuyu rushed and got to her. "You really are amazing, Izumi." She smiled.

At a certain bar somewhere...

A familiar portal opened up as Shigaraki stumbled in, looking irritated to no end. But he had to restrain himself from destroying something as his master would not be happy.

"Dammit! All those underlings wiped out! Those kids were tougher than we thought! And the worst part is that Nomu was beaten before it could even face All Might!"

A TV screen in the room had sound only but two voices popped up.

"Wait? Nomu? What happened to it? It didn't fight All Might?" An old voice asked.

"No, he was defeated by one of the students. And without knowing his precise location, I couldn't bring him with us. We didn't have time to search for him as the Pros arrived." Kurogiri explained.

"I don't believe this! And after all we did to make him as strong as All Might!" The old voice yelled.

"I suppose it can't be helped, we probably rushed in too fast." A calmer voice said. "Any way, this student, what exactly did they do?"

"It was a female, she had a hybrid quirk, one we never seen before." Kurogiri said before Shigaraki continued.

"She seemed to have psychic powers, water powers, and for some reason, she used some Leaf attack that hit even Kurogiri, and blocked Nomu's regeneration and then poisoning him before blasting him away to the sky!"

"Oh?" The voice said interested.

"If she didn't get in our way, we might've killed the Symbol of Peace!" Shigaraki grit his teeth.

"Naturally you're upset, but this wasn't a futile mission. We learned many things. Gather more allies but this time, the villainous elite. Take all the time you need. Tomura Shigaraki, next time you will show the world why it should be afraid of you."

At the USJ...

Izumi was currently in Tsuyu's arms asleep as the whole incident wore her out.

Detective Tsukauchi was checking on all the students. "Alright, everyone appears to be unharmed. Aside from Midoriya, the only injuries were scrapes."

"Detective, what about Aizawa?" Kirishima asked.

"Well his arms are splintered, but no serious damage. However, his orbital floor is almost completely destroyed. We need to wait till he's out of recovery to see if his sight will be impared."

"What about Thirteen?" Ashido asked.

"No need to worry Young Ashido. Despite some lacerations to the back, she'll pull through." All Might reassured.

"However, in light of this, we will have to say that All Might defeated the villains." Tsukauchi said.

"What? But why?" Sero asked.

"Aside from not having a license yet, she would become a target for other possible villains, so it is for her safety. We already contacted Midoriya's mother and she agreed to the coverage. No matter what, say that All Might defeated the leader." Nezu pipped in.

The students were silent, but they understood.

School was canceled the next day to beef up security.

It was also a dance class day so Izumi at least got to head over there.

Today, she would do a tango with a new partner who just registered for the classes.

Izumi was a bit surprised as her partner had severe burns and staples around his body. Was it an accident or his quirk hurt him?

Brushing the thoughts aside, she let him take the lead.

They then danced to Assassin's Tango as they actually moved in harmony.

After class, Izumi thanked him for being her Partner, and quietly hoping to see him again.

The male just waved goodbye, but hid a small smile. 'Cute pup.'

Chapter Text

The next day, things seemed to cool down as school resumed.

"It is a bummer we can't tell the truth, but you handled everything like a real pro Izumi!" Kaminari said.

"Yeah, who knows what would've happened if you didn't save Aizawa." Sero said.

"Why did you have to say that?!" Mineta yelled in fear from the incident.

"But, still that bird guy was strong and Midoriya swatted him like a fly!" Sato smiled.

"Indeed. Her powers really are a thing of wonder." Tokoyami adds.

Then the Class rep come in the room.

"Everyone! Homeroom Class is about to begin! To your seats!” Iida shouts standing at where Aizawa-Sensei usually sits.

“But your the only one standing,” Jirou had a deadpanned face on as Idia went to his chair with a frustrated face.

Though Izumi wondered who would take Aizawa-Sensei's place today...

Suddenly, the door opens revealing Aizawa-Sensei coming in wrapped up like a mummy.

"Aizawa-Sensei!"

"Sensei, should you even be up?"

"Nows not the time to be concerned about my wellbeing. You should know your fight isn’t over,”

Everyone stills at that. Was it another villian attack?!

“U.A.’s Sports Festival is coming up.”

"Hey! Don't give us a scare like that!" The students yelled.

Kirishima looked excited but the other students looked unsure.

“Sir are you sure that it's ok to do the Sports Festival? I mean we were just attacked the other day." Jirou pointed out.

"It’s necessary to demonstrate that U.A’s crisis management protocols are sound. That’s what the Hero Commission told us. Which is not a total lie. Compared to past years, there will be five times the police and hero Presence. Our Sports Festival is one of Japan’s biggest events! Long ago before Quirks, the Olympics was the world’s Sports Festival and every country would be whipped into a frenzy over them. But as some of you know, that tradition has shrunk in scale to a shell of its former self..and as far as Japan is concerned. What’s taken the place of the Olympics is the U.A. Sports Festival. Its not something to cancel because of a few villains."

"Thats right. It's not only a chance to show off potential as a hero, you get a chance to get scouted." Momo said.

"They’ll be looking to hire us as Sidekicks after we graduate,” Kamnari said with a grin. “And a lot of those Sidekicks never manage to go solo. They’re Sidekicks forever.”

“That’ll be you Kamnari,” Jirou laughs making Kamnari growl at her.

"Naturally you’ll gain valuable experience and popularity if you are picked by a Big-Named Hero. That's why the Festival matters. If you want to go Pro one day, this is your opportunity. One chance a year, three in a lifetime. No aspiring hero can afford to miss this Festival. So you better not slack off on your training." Aizawa said.

"Yes sir." The students said.

Over the next two weeks, Class 1A had been preparing, strengthening their quirks for the competition.

Although, Izumi had little interest in the festival, she had to make an impact.

Even though Bakugou made some enemies when other students scoped out competition.

But she had to focus.

Before she knew it, the Sports Festival was here!

In the waiting room where Class 1A was, Izumi discussing on strategy with Momo and Shoji when Todoroki stood before her

"Can I help you with something?" Izumi questioned politely.

"You're undeniably strong and skilled; as it stands, we are the strongest in our class. But no matter what, I will beat you and win," Shoto vowed.

"Did Todoroki just challenge Midoriya?" Kirishima dapped.

"Hey man, we shouldn't fight amongst our friends," Kaminari placed his hand on Shoto's shoulder, and the icy-hot Quirk user slapped it off.

"I'm not here for friends; I'm here to win," Shoto stated coldly.

"We all are actually, but we all have different reasons to win. But as long as we can make a lasting impression on the Pros, it won't matter." Izumi said as the others nodded, agreeing with her.

"Hey Deku! I declare war on you too. Half-n-half is the wrong one to take on!" Bakugo butted in.

Well, not everyone...

"Hey! Attention, audience! Swarm, mass media! This year’s high school rodeo of adolescence that you all love; the UA Sports Festival is about to begin! Everybody, are you ready!?”
Present Mic’s voice played loudly over the speakers, echoing around the dark room.

It’s time for us to open up the First-Year stage!”

The cheering of the audience increased ten-fold at the announcement, going wild for the chance to see the new hero students of UA.

The camera zoomed in on one of the various tunnels that lined the stadium’s bottom wall, letting everyone watching see the first faces of the UA hero course.

Izumi walked among her class as all the 1st years made their way to the field.

After Midnight explained the Obsticle Course, it was time.
"It's a race between all 11 classes!" explained Midnight, "It'll be a 4 km course that'll take you around this stadium! Our school's selling point is freedom!"

Midnight gave a rather malicious lick to her lips before continuing, "As long as you stay on the course, it doesn't matter what you do! Anything is possible!"

Red…..

Yellow…..

GREEN!

“AND GOOOOOOOO!!!!!”

Well they tried to…

“The gates too narrow!!!” they heard some students say.

But Izumi already had an idea.

Touching her Leaf Stone, she went into Grassy Form and jumped over everyone with an Aerial Ace, getting out.

"So this is the first filter,” Todoroki says before using his ice to slide through the gate as well as freezing the many feet of others.

Although he got through with his ice powers, those of 1A and 1B followed quickly.

Todoroki suddenly found himself having to catch up with Izumi as they zoom without hesitation. But he had to pause when seeing the first obstacle.

"Targets found... lock on!"

The two looked up to see several of the zero-pointer faux villains from the entrance exam glaring down at them.

"Looks like our contestants have met their first obstacle! May I introduce to you the first barrier... Robo Inferno!" announced Present Mic as more of the giant zero-point faux villains appeared, along with the other faux villains.

"Holy crap, aren't those the zero-pointers from the Entrance Exam!?" exclaimed Kaminari, a bit shocked at the amount there was.

"Seriously?! The Hero Course had to fight these?!" exclaimed a student.

"This is what they meant by obstacles?!" wailed another.

"There's way too many for any one of us to slip through!" complained another.

"So this is what the rest of my peers had to fight," noted Shoto, getting ready to deal with the robot.

"How do they get the funding to build all this?" questioned Momo.

Before Shoto could make a move, Izumi had already shot herself forward towards one of them with Aerial Ace before going into her Electric Form.

"Zap Cannon!" Izumi fired a ball of lightning toward the bots, the resulting impact made two zero-pointers short-out, flying backward into a few others, causing a domino effect as the first one blew up, causing others to blow up too.

"OMG... and just like that, Izumi Midoriya of 1-A has sent several of the zero pointers down with just one attack!" shouted Present Mic.

Spectators were very impressed at the girl's strength, and were shocked of her transformation.

"Like hell I'll I'm going to let you two surpass me!" shouted Bakugo as he blasted his way forward.

Somewhere, Power Loader wept at the loss of more robots.

When at the near end Katsuki was neck to neck with Todoroki, but Izuku decided to resort to speed.

She focused her Agility and Quick Attack so much, it looked like she went past a whole football field.

"Unbelievable folks! Midoriya Izumi of Class 1A has won the first Round!" Midnight announced as the crowd went wild, proud of her student.

Those that followed in order were Kirishima, Todoroki, Bakugou, and so on.

"Izumi Midoriya, huh?" Kamui Woods said looking at the screen. "Now I have a student to root for."

"But It's going to be a race to see who gets her," shrugged Death Arms, "Even if she loses the finals, no doubt with her potential, she'll get a lot of offers."

Mt. Lady was busy posing for her fans when she should be doing security. But she'll learn who won later.

Other heroes took note of this as Toshinori was watching, at least happy Kirishima got a high placement in the Obsticle Course too, he got to Second Place.

"Wow, Midoriya's stock will climb really fast at this rate."

"That's certainly true. Her quirk seems really powerful! Transformation, electricity, speed, and earlier she used properties of plants. She'll be a shoo in for at least among the Top 5 for this Sports Festival. If you took on management of his agency, how would you market him? Any opinions?"

"Appearance is fair in terms of looks. Mostly cute, and she's shown to be limber..
give a few years, she'll be a knockout."

"She's smart too, after seeing how she took out the robots in one move. Remember the second obstacle? Instead of jumping to the next platform with just power, she chose to run on the wires instead. Either she knows he doesn't have the control or she suspected the platforms could crumble upon impact. That shows she has a tactical mind."

Toshinori was a little tense. He still wondered how Izumi was that strong, but nothing of her past revealed anything related to....HIM.

Above average grades, a widowed mother who has a job as a nurse, under Midnight's mentorship...

He even looked into the father's records, and he had a simple fire breathing quirk that was useful for his welding job.

'Nothing connects at all...even so...' Toshinori thought as he saw Kirishima congratulate Midoriya.

Izumi had time to wait as she ate a snack bar as the others came flooding in. At least those who got through the Obsticle Course. They mainly composed of the two Hero Classes.

"And the first game of the First-Year stage is over!" announced Midnight as the last of the students trickled in, "Now, let's take a look at the results!"

1st: Izumi Midoriya

2nd: Kirishima Eijirou

3rd: Shoto Todoroki

4th: Katsuki Bakugou

5th: Momo Yaoyorozu

6th: Tenya Iida

7th: Ochako Uraraka

And so forth, going all the way to Yuga Aoyama who was at placed 42nd and currently clutching his stomach in pain. Izumi felt sorry for the guy...

She also noticed that Shinso, who was a student from General Studies, made it too. The only other student that made it into the top 42 was someone named Mei Hatsume from the Support Department.

'Hm. They must be skilled to make it.' She thought.

"The top 42 will proceed on to the next round!" announced Midnight, ignoring the complaints of mostly the General Ed. Students who hadn't made the cut, "It is unfortunate if you didn't make the cut, but don't worry! We have a special event later on where anybody can showcase their skills to the audience that'll take place after the main event! But now, it is time for Round Two!"
Midnight swiped her whip back to the projection with the slot speeding through once more.

"Now then, onto today's heart pounding event! And here... it... is!"

With the final statement, the slot landed onto the words Calvary Battle.

"Urg, Cavalry Battle? I'm not so good at that," voiced Denki.

"It's not an individual event, how will that work?" wondered Tsuyu.

"Let me explain!" continued Midnight, turning to the projection, where it changed to reveal Thirteen and Present Mic carrying All Might. Snipe was also in the projection, but his whole body was hidden thanks to All Might's body, and nobody would have noticed him if it wasn't for the fact there was a small speck of brown that looked like his hat.

"Participants can form teams of two to four people as they wish. It's basically the same as a regular cavalry battle, but the one thing that's different is... based on the results of the last game, each person has been assigned a point value."

"A point-based system like the Entrance Exam? That's simple to understand," mused Sato.

"However, before you all get carried away, the points are assigned based on your placement in the obstacle course, in increments of 5. So 42nd place will be 5 points, 41st 10 points, and so on. You can looked up the board to see your own value. But we added a twist to make it interesting...

First Place is marked with Ten Million Points!" Midnight announced.

Izumi was surprised but she could tell she would be the big target of the event.

But she grinned as she looked at Midnight with her 'Bring it on,' smile.

As people broke into teams, Izumi found herself with Ochaco, Tokoyami, and a girl from the support course, Hatsumi.

They agreed to let Izumi be the mount and even came up with a plan.

Soon the teams were decided......

But Izumi was prepared.

Begin!

Touching her Sun Stone, she went into her Psychic Form and used Psychic Terrain.

Then she used Expanding Force catching the other teams off guard.

"Looks like Team Izumi wasted no time firing the first salvo!" Present Mic yelled.

"Alright, time to make it messy." Izumi said as she touched her Water Stone and shifted into her Aqua Form.

"Muddy Water!" Izumi said making the ground wet and Muddy before using Mist to cover the field.

"Whoa! The whole field is now covered by a Mist, I can't see what's going on!" Mic said.

"Apparently, Midoriya is using the conditions of nature to her advantage." Aizawa said.

Izumi smiled as it was time for the second part. Touching into her Moon Stone for her Lunar Form, she used Screech to make contestants wince in pain, and Tokoyami used the advantage as Hatsumi, with her special eye gear, direct him to other headbands.

Izumi went back to her Psychic Form, and saw Todoroki is planing to use his ice to just capture everyone, but Izumi used her Fire Stone in time to counter his ice with a Heat Wave, clearing the Haze, as time ran out.

Izumi and her group got three other headbands, thanks to Tokoyami's shadow, winning the competition to everyone's surprise.

Only teams remaining were:

Midoriya, Bakugou, Todoroki, Hitoshi, and Tetsutetsu.

"Whoa! Did you see that?! She mopped the floor with her enemies!" Mt Lady asked.

"I'd say. She practically played them like a kitten with a ball of yarn." Kamui Woods said.

"That's a terrifying power to have, along with everything else she could do. We should be grateful she's not becoming a villian." Death Arms said.

"I'd have to admit, she's tricky, but I find it entertaining." Hawks said to his Sidekicks.

"Hahaha, I like this one, she's gutsy!" Ms. Joke laughed.

"How interesting..." Uwabami smirked.

"Playing with her opponents, then striking once their guard is down, very clever." Edgeshot commented.

"I've barely seen an aspiring heroine perform such feats as smooth as silk." Best Jeanist remarked.

"It's official. I want her as a sidekick!" Toy-Toy smiled.

"Her quirk is very versile, she can practically conquer any environment." Ryukuu said.

"With that kind of power, she should come with a warning label." Gang Orca said.

"Didn't expect her capable of using fire though. She overpowered Todoroki's ice in a blink of an eye!" Shishido exclaimed.

"But, what is her quirk exactly? It's a fusion of transformation, Emitter, and Mutant on steroids!" Another hero adds.

A certain No. 2 hero just watched silently as the greenette was congratulated by her teammates for her plan.

Meanwhile elsewhere,

Tomura Shigaraki looked a bit irritated as Izumi led her team to victory, yet he can't seem to look away from her abilities.

"Transformation, water, Grass, Electricity, Psychic, poison, and now fire? She's basically full of hacks! Just how is she this OP?" He muttered.

But a certain man attached to medical equipment listened on with a small but sinister smile.

It would be interesting to either create her into a Nomu, which is what the doctor believed.

However, he saw how smart the girl is and how she used the environment to her advantage. Such cunning would be wasted if she became a mindless puppet...

"Very interesting..." He smirked.

Chapter Text

Izumi was now resting happy she helped her teammates win.

Then she heard two boys on her way back to the others.

It was Kirishima and Todoroki.

"So, you brought me here… What did you want to talk about?” The two teens stared at one another; Eijirou getting the vague sense of being judged. When the dichromatic teen made no move to start talking, he tried again. “We should probably get back to eating. If we take too long, all the good stuff might be gone,” he said with a hesitant grin. “Don’t you think?”

The joke fell flat. The redhead felt that he would have heard it dying on the ground if he had listened hard enough.

Finally, the stoic teen spoke; “I was overwhelmed… In the final moments of the second event. Kaminari, Yaoyorozu, Hatsume...Bakugou, Ashido, Sero; none of them felt it.” Todoroki pulled his left hand out of his pocket, lifting it as he stared at his palm. “When Midoriya’s team showed up out of nowhere and went after your team, I noticed your tension and watched. It was at that moment that I believe I was the only one to feel your true power…”

Eijirou shifted on his feet, a cold sweat forming on his neck.

“It reminded me of something, that power. Being my father’s son I have met countless powerful pros, but I can easily say that...your power reminds me the most of All Might’s.”

“O-Oh, yeah…? Um… Is that all?”

"I’m saying that your power feels the same as All Might’s.” Eijirou’s eyes went wide at the statement. “Kirishima, tell me.” The successor to the legacy that is One For All tensed. “Are you secretly All Might’s illegitimate love child or something?”

“Am I… What?!” Eijirou couldn’t believe his ears. ‘Me? All Might’s child?! What the hell?!’

Izumi had to hold in her laughter as the assumption. True they have similar abilities, Kirishima's was more of a mutation.

Kirishima on the other hand....Okay, but… I can understand why he’d think that. Our quirks are- not similar , they’re the exact same, and he does pay a lot of attention to me when we have classes…’

“Well? Is that it?”

The redhead blinked rapidly. “No, no way- that’s not it at all.” He faltered at the unimpressed face Todoroki gave. “W-Well, I guess if that were that the case, I’d deny it, so you probably wouldn’t believe me. Anyway, I promise, you’ve got the wrong idea.” ‘But why would you come out here just to say that?”

The next thing Izumi heard was not pleasant. It turns out his father dragged his mother into a quirk marriage, and when he was born, Endeavor practically groomed him to be able to usurp All Might.

“I refuse to be a tool for that scumbag. In every memory of my mother, I only see her crying. I remember she called my left side unbearable before she poured boiling water on my face.”

Well now Izumi knows how Todoroki got that scar...

And since Kirishima was being mentored by the No. 1 hero, he was an obstacle.

"Not just you, I'll beat Midoriya too."

Huh?

"Wait, Midoriya? Why?"

"You've seen how strong she is. Not to mention how diverse her quirk is. No doubt my my old man will take interest in her. For her interest, she should stay away from him."

Izumi didn't know whether to be offended or flattered of how Todoroki acknowledged her strength.

But it does explain why he wouldn't use his fire.

Izumi rushed away, frowning the whole time.

She stood with the remaining students from the Calvary Battle, and anticipated the Third Round.

"Now that lunch is over, I hope you’re all ready for the final event! A tournament between sixteen finalists!” The crowd cheered in excitement. “Now then, let’s draw lots to determine the bracket!” A yellow box labeled ‘Lots’ rose on a pillar of concrete from Cementoss’s work.

Round 1 - Ashido Mina vs. Denki Kaminari

Round 2 - Midoriya Izuku vs. Shiozaki Ibara

Round 3 - Yaoyorozu Momo vs. Sero Hanta

Round 4 - Awase Yōsetsu vs. Bakugō Katsuki

"Whoa, Two greenettes in the same match!" Kaminari said.

After watching Kaminari go against Ashido and the latter winning, Izumi had to go up against Ibara.

"Now on this side, she converted herself to the ways of nature and mercy. She is Class 1Bs Ibara Shiozaki!" Ibara came to the ring.

"And over here, a gijinka with various tricks up her sleeve! Class 1As Izumi Midoriya!" Izumi walked to the ring too.

As Midnight let the match start, Izumi got ready with her Ice Stone, going into her Snow Form.

Firing a Ice Beam on the ground, it became a natural ice rink, and Izumi skated around it while summoning a Snowscape.

"Whoa! It looks like Izumi turned the ring into a Winter Wonderland, though Ibara is feeling the chill! And I'm sure people want to know about this form!" Midnight announced.

"No doubt! To keep everyone up to speed, Izumi's quirk is Genetic Adaptability, which gives her an irregularly shaped genetic structure that is easily influenced by her environment, which she keeps under control with special stones. This allows her to adapt to a variety of habitats. This is Izumi's Snow Form when she uses an Ice Stone! By controlling her body temperature in this form, she can freeze the moisture in the air, producing ice crystals or diamond dust. She can also freeze her hair into sharp needle-like icicles, and fire them at opponents or use as protection. Midoriya can quickly drop her body temperature below −75 °F (−60 °C). Now that's Chilly!"

Ibara looked surprised as it became hard to move her vines. The cold sapping her strength.

"Sorry Ibara, but I really want to get as far as possible."

Izumi took the chance and rushed forward with a Blizzard, knocking Ibara out.

"K.O! Midoriya has advanced to the next round!" Mic announced as the crowd cheered.

Hitoshi watched as he saw the rounds play out. Although he was a little frustrated that Izumi got him out in the second round, her abilities are something to marvel at. At this rate, she'll be sought after by many agencies.

Izumi was a bit tense as she waited for her turn against Bakugou. She knew he was gonna pull out all the stops, but she knew his favorite tactics like a diner menu. The problem is he knew her tactics and the same trick would not work like the last time...unless.

Looking at her stones.

She has an idea and Bakugou had not seen that form yet.

After Todoroki, Uraraka and Kirishima won, it was Izumi's turn for her match.

"Time for the next match of Preliminaries! On one side, he's Class 1A's Demolition expert with a face only a Mother would love! Bakugou Katsuki!" Mic announced as Katsuki snarled at the crowd.

"And opposite to him: She has made a splash in the Festival, will she be able to keep it up? Also from Class 1A, Midoriya Izumi!" Mic announced as Izumi came out with a smile.

With Midnight announcing the beginning of the match, Bakugou quickly used his explosions to propel himself to attack Izumi.

She quickly dodged and tapped her Shiny Stone.

Her hair and tail became a soft pink along with her ears, and bows appeared on one of her ears and around her neck.

Each bow is pale cream with a pink center and trails a pair of ribbon-like feelers. These feelers, which can be manipulated like limbs and extended far beyond their typical length, are pale cream and end at the tips with a pink stripe, then a dark blue stripe, and then a light blue color.

Girls in the audience squealed in delight as they saw how cute Izumi became.

"So cute!"

"Adorable!"

"How did she do that?!"

"What the heck? Why do you look so girly?" Katsuki yelled.

"This is my newest form, only had it for 2 years to be honest."

"Whoa folks! From what I know, this is Izumi's Fairy Form, in this form, she has ribbon-like feelers which emit a soothing aura that erases any sense of hostility, enabling her to stop fights instantly. The feelers act as a distraction while her aura weakens feelings of hostility in its prey, before pouncing on the victim. It will also wrap its feelers around people as they walk together, which allows her to read their feelings. That would make her an excellent therapy partner!" Mic explained.

Katsuki tensed as Izumi's feelers extended and he jumped away. But he had to stay in the ring or he'll be knocked out.

Then Izumi used a Draining Kiss on the cheek, surprising Bakugou as he starts to get drowsy.

Next she created Misty Terrain followed by Alluring Voice and Dazzling Gleam, hitting Bakugou dead on.

Bakugou attempted to hit her, but Izumi kept dodging getting ready for last move.

She finally got a hold of Bakugou with her feelers making him feel tired as his sparks died and fired a strong Moonblast, knocking Bakugou out of the ring!

"And Bakugou is out of the ring! Izumi proceeds to the semi-finals!" Midnight announced as the crowd went wild.

Tomura watched as Izumi Midoriya went back into her default form and waved at the crowd.

"She mopped the floor with that walking landmine." He growled. "It's irritating to see she has powers like........wait. No wonder....she's basically a Pokémon. A living Eevee gijinka."

"But it is interesting." He heard his master's voice. "You rarely see that combination of brain and brawn. It would be a waste for that power to be in a Nomu."

Tomura was silent on that, but he smiled.

Next, Kirishima was to face against Uraraka but before that, Izumi would face Todoroki now.

She knew Todoroki would be stubborn, so she'll have to push him to the limit.

"Alright folks! Time for the first round of the Semi-finals!

Coming in the left, he's powerful, motivated and a prodigy of power! Todoroki Shoto!

And on the right, she's pushed her way to the front with outstanding strength, determination and insane Adaptability! Midoriya Izumi!" Mic announced as the crowd cheered.

"Go get Todoroki Izu!" Ashido yelled.

"Do it for the girls!" Toru cheered.

"Come on Todoroki! Don't let the boys down!" Kaminari cheered.

"Yeah! Pin down the gijinka!" Mineta yelled, as Asui hit him upside the head.

"Who do you think will win?" One hero asked.

"Well my money's on the gijinka. She's very tricky. Plus she has a form to counter Todoroki's ice." Another hero said.

"Please. Todoroki is Endeavor's son, he can't be beaten that easily." A third hero said as others agreed with him.

"Then let's bet. I'm placing 1000 yen on the gijinka." A female hero said as others began betting. Even civilians.

"Are you kids ready?” Midnight asked. Izumi opponent nodded resolutely and Shouto did the same. “Then begin!”

The crack of her whip signaled the start of the match, and Shouto quickly followed with a large wave of ice.

Which would have worked if Izumi didn't tap into her Fire Stone and countered with a Fire Blast. And Izumi began charging at him even after he tried another Ice Wall, only for it to be melted away by a Heat Wave.

"Todoroki is trying to keep Midoriya at bay, but the greenette has gotten a plan by being a hot tamale! She's using her Flare Form, and in this form, her body temperature is caused by an internal flame sac, and rises when excited. If her body gets too hot, she can fluff out the fur on her collar to cool down. Midoriya can also store heat inhaled air in her flame sac, and then exhales it as fire with temperatures of around 3,100 °F (1,700 °C). In addition, her average body temperature is around 1,300-1,500 °F (700-800 °C), but can reach 1,700 °F (900 °C)! Now that's HOT! I would not want to mess with her during the summer!" Mic explained.

"I see what you’re doing,” Shouto said gruffly, letting his voice carry through the quiet air around the arena. The girl narrowed her eyes, glaring. “You want this to become an endurance match. I won’t let that happen,” he ended simply, giving no warning before swarming the Izumi with ice.

But it was futile as Izumi conjured a Lava Plume torching everything around her in an inferno of scarlet flames, setting the battlefield ablaze.
"If you want to win for real, give it your all. Otherwise, I’ll beat you without ever getting hurt.” Izumi said before using a Rock Smash knocking Shoto back.

"Todoroki, I always knew you had a fire quirk as well. And before you ask, no, your dad didn't put me up to this. Honestly, if one does their research, they can connect the dots that you're related. I know its not my place to know a personal thing that hurt you long ago......But still...What will you do, Todoroki, when you need your fire to save someone from a villain, a natural disaster? Will you let them die?” she asked her smile leaving her face.

Heterochromatic eyes narrowed as Todoroki’s face contorted in anger. “I will never use his fire!”

"You still don't get it do you? It's part of your quirk. His is Hellfire. Yours is Half-Cold Half Hot. If you keep rejecting your full quirk, why are you even at this school? Or have you already forgotten what U.A.’s motto is?" She yelled as she let out a Willowisp.

Todoroki stumbled after the attack, eyes wide.

"What happened to winning?" Izumi asked as she punched Todoroki.

"I think I have." The dichromatic boy smirked.

Then a new burst of flames erupted from Todoroki.

But what he didn't expect was for Izumi to be perfectly fine. In fact she appeared to be absorbing his flames!

"Sorry Shoto-kun, nothing personal." Izumi smirked before she used a Rain Dance and went into her Aqua Form. With all the heat collected for the rain, a big Downpour snuffed out the fire, and Izumi used Hydro Pump knocking Todoroki out cold and out of the ring.

"Whoa! Izumi went into her Aqua Form and overcame Todoroki, thus advancing to the Finals!" Mic announced before continuing. "And to clarify, her Aqua Form has developed gills to become better suited to an aquatic lifestyle, and her cell composition's similarity to water allows her to melt into the water. This ability enables Midoriya to remain camouflaged while swimming, hiding herself from enemies and allowing her to ambush its prey. In addition, she can detect moisture with her fins, which vibrate when sensing incoming rain."

Izumi breathed a sigh of relief, as she stood. She could do three more Transformations before she exhausted herself. As her next opponent is Kirishima, she needed to be careful.

"HA! Told you! Pay up you chumps!" A female heroine cheered with a few other heroes, while most others grumbled over their lost money.

The crowd was riled up as the Final Battle was about to begin.

Present Mic announced to the people.
"Listen up folks! Are you all as excited as I am?! Because it is time for the final round of the First-Year Stage! Winner takes ALL!

Let's analyze our two finalists!

Eijirou Kirishima, he has been able to fight his way to the top with his Hardening quirk, second place in the Obsticle Course, maintaining his headband in the Calvary round, and now he's in the Finals!

And then there is this wild card!

Midoriya Izumi, she has shocked everyone with her versile transformation and limitless abilities.

In the Obsticle Course, she made it to 1st Place with her Grassy and Electric Forms.

To explain:

Her Grassy Form's cellular structure is similar to plants, which allows it to perform photosynthesis and purify the air around it by sleeping under the sunlight; it gets its energy in this way instead of eating. In addition, her hard, leafy has a sharpness said to exceed that of a master-crafted sword, being able to cut down a large tree with one hit.

Her Electric Form creates electricity using an organ in her lungs, which causes crackling noises as she exhales. She can also generate low-level electricity in her cells, which is amplified by the negative ions it gathers and generates in her fur, allowing Midoriya to discharge 10,000-volt lightning bolts. Her prickly fur is also made of electrically charged needles, which create a sparking noise as it moves. She can also launch the fur at enemies with a powerful charge.

Next, she took her team to the top in the Calvary Battle with her Psychic, Aqua, Lunar, and Flare Form.

As I previously explained her Aqua and Flare Forms, I'll explain the Psychic and Lunar Forms.

In her Psychic Form, Midoriya gains velvety fur is so sensitive that she can sense minuscule shifts in the air, allowing her to predict the weather and its enemies' thoughts and movements. When doing so, the tip of its tail quivers. The gem on Midoriya's forehead glows when unleashing psychic energy from the gem and darkens when all of the built-up energy has been exhausted. She can build up psychic power by bathing in the sunlight.

Her Lunar Form has yellow rings which glow when it is excited, such as when leaping to attack; or when exposed to the moon's aura, filling her with a mysterious energy. In this form, she's an ideal night hunter and, as such, has well-developed eyes that can spot a prey even in darkness. Her black fur helps her blend into the night while waiting for the right moment to pounce. When doing so, her rings emit a dim yet ominous glow, before jumping at her prey. She can also create a poisonous sweat secreted from her pores into an enemy's eyes.

During the matches, we've seen her sap out Ibara with her Snow Form, blast Bakugou out with her Fairy Form, and take out even Todoroki with Fire and Water!

She managed to make it here and maintain 1st Place in the last two Rounds. Can she make a Three-peat?!" Mic announced as the crowd cheered.

Toshinori was a bit tense as Kirishima was now against Midoriya.

She was strong and he was still suspicious of her, though nothing suggested she was working for that man.

Tsukauchi even went so far as to ask Mrs Midoriya on his behalf after the USJ Incident. But she told the truth about her daughter and herself.

'Kirishima, just pull through.' He thought.

"Alright Izumi! Win this!" Ochako yelled, at least happy she made it to Third Place, reassured by Izumi before the Final match that her hard work will get her noticed. The other girls cheering for their female classmate while most of the boys vouched for Kirishima.

Except....

'Heh, Shitty Hair doesn't stand a chance in Hell...' Bakugou thought.

As Midnight gave the OK, Kirishima took off to fight Izumi face to face, the greenette first tapped her Leaf Stone, quickly using Sword Dance and countering Kirishima's Hardening with Iron Tail. Then she quickly used a Sunny Day with Solar Blade, surprising everyone with her speed.

Kirishima was knocked off his feet, but he quickly got up, prepping One For All.

Izumi then used Grass Knot making grass appear in the field, followed by Grassy Glide tackling Kirishima as he focused his power then shifted to her Flare Form.

Kirishima decided to punch the ground, making the stage break apart, but Izumi used Flamethrower on the field, making the grass go ablaze, startling Kirishima.

Then she trapped him in a Fire Spin keeping him from moving.

Kirishima was able to get out by having One For All in his speed but Izumi countered with Protect, stopping Kirishima's assault.

Then Izumi jumped and went into her Aqua Form, using Rain Dance, the fires extinguished before using Chilling Water.

Then she got ready to use her secret weapon.

Izumi moved her arms like waves as water appeared around Kirishima and swirled like a Whirlpool.

"Hydro Vortex!" Izumi said as a water twisted spun Kirishima around to everyone's shock.

"Holy moly! That's one water ride I'm not standing in line for..." Midnight said.

When slamming down, Kirishima was on his back after the water splashed down.

Izumi stood over him. "Can you continue?"

Kirishima breathed heavily as one of his legs was messed up from his own speed.

"You....you still.....show you're stronger...I'm tapping out." Kirishima said.

"Kirishima is forfeiting! We finally have a winner!" Midnight announced.

"That's that folks! Our winner is Midoriya Izumi!" Mic announced as people cheered.

Then Izumi collapsed as a poof turned her into her Animal form to everyone's shock.

"Ah don't worry folks! That's what happens when Izumi exhausts her energy and she goes into the animal form of her default form for the rest of the day. She can still use her attacks too!" Mic explained as Kirishima was placed on a stretcher and Midnight picked up her pupil.

"You gave everyone quite a show." Midnight whispered with a sense of pride.

The crowd was cheering loudly, some throwing things ranging from flowers to birdseed.

On the Third Place Podium was Ochako Uraraka, trying not to cry in happiness as she was able to make an impression by making it this far with her Bronze Medal.

Kirishima, while a bit battered, he was still happy he achieved a rank of Second Place with a Silver Medal.

On the First Place podium, Izumi, in her animal form, wagged her tail happily as she gained a Gold Medal.

And the one giving them was All Might himself.

'Not how I expected to get my medal, but I can't complain.' Izumi thought as the Festival came to a close.

At the Midoriya household, Mrs Midoriya had water geysers gush from her eyes in happiness as Mrs Bakugou congratulated her friend.

Mr. Bakugou smiled in thought. 'If only you could see this Hisashi...'

Heroes were clearly impressed by the First-Year Stage, especially with the Top Three this year.

"Told you she would win!"

"I know who I want to intern."

"Not if I get her first!"

It would certainly be a race to Izumi. Now attention on All Might has shifted to the gijinka.

Everyone now wanted to get their hands on Midoriya Izumi.

A man with a rugged look and a ninja-like costume looked over the city, although he saw the news of the Festival.

Tomura now had photos of Izumi in her various forms.

"Kurogiri. What do you think would happen...if we got this gijinka in our grasp?"

"Hm? Not even I'm sure. Does Master plan to make her a Nomu?" Kurogiri asked.

"Of course not. It would be a waste." He smiled.

The next three days were a holiday as the Festival exhausted the students, but Izumi was really happy.

She actually won!

But that didn't mean she could slack off on her studies. She looked over her notes on the matter, and then she saw on the news.....

It was talking about her!

Sports Festival Dominated by Transformations! U.A.'S Newest Darling Takes Out Competition With Nature Powers!

That was fast...

After three days...

"I still can't believe it. Three days and people notice me off the street." Izumi told her Classmates.

"I know right, almost all of our class made it to the Third Round, and the top three were from our class." Kirishima said.

Jirou snorted. “That’s not the only story. More than half of the press coming out about the Sports Fest is talking about Midoriya. You sure made one hell of an impression.”

"Right. My siblings can't stop talking about it. They are actually big fans of your Aqua Form, kero." Asui said.

Although Izumi noticed that Iida was distracted.

Apparently his brother, Ingenium was attacked by the Hero Killer Stain, who had been plaguing Hosu City recently.

She wanted to say something when Aizawa came in.

"That was indeed the point, Midoriya,” Aizawa drawled, the students scrambling to their seats as the teacher entered. “In fact, just about every single one of you made some kind of impression, especially in regards to the hero draft picks. Now, you all need to worry about Internships. While previous years are more spread out, this year’s different in regard to how you all impressed everyone." He said as he showed the results.

"Whoa! That's a lot for Midoriya!" Kaminari exclaimed.

Izumi was also surprised as she saw that those of the Top 30 heroes wanted to intern her.

"This comes down to another important point. Choosing hero names. Which Midnight will help you out in." Aizawa said as Midnight came in.

Coming up with their hero names proved to be simple for most of class 1-A, though students like Katsuki and Iida seemed to struggle. Others actually turned to Izumi for help.

Aoyama: The Shinning Hero: Radiaknight!

Iida chose Velocity.

Ashido eventually settled on Pinky.

Then Izumi had to decide.

"I chose Evelution. Since my abilities involve change and growth, I tied in evolution and renewal into it." Izumi said.

"Hmm, simple but cute and easy to remember! I like It!" Midnight approved.

Once everyone selected a hero name, they have to select a hero and get ready in a week for them.

For Izumi, it would be difficult.

All these heroes were excellent.

They included Hawks, Best Jeanist, Mirko, Edgeshot, Crust, Wash, Ryukuu, even those like Gang Orca, Yoroi Musha, Kamui Woods, Fat Gum, Death Arms, and so on.

She was surprised when Endeavor offered an internship.

But then she saw Recovery Girl's name and thought of something.

Recovery Girl's profession is very valued and freelancing healers go to various agencies that need their help. She also recently figured out how to use Heal Bell, which she can access in all her forms.

Smiling, she made a choice.

A week later, Izumi was clutching her costume case as the others were getting ready.

"I heard you're going to a different agency with Recovery Girl during the week, right?" Ochako asked.

"Yeah, we're heading for Ryukuu's agency first. Then, in order, I'm heading for Mirko, Best Jeanist, Gunhead, Edgeshot, Kamui Woods, and finally Hawks. It's a pity I can't take on others, but they'll be next year." Izumi smiled.

"Alright, settle down,” Aizawa said as he approached, the diminutive Recovery Girl beside him. “You all need to be on your best behavior this week; remember, you’re not just representing yourselves as heroes, but the whole school as well. Don’t use your quirks unless specifically instructed to by your supervisor. That's all, start getting ready."

Izumi then stood up as Recovery Girl was at the door.

They were all heading for the train station as Izumi saw Iida with a dark look.

"Iida?" She asked him, as Iida got out of his thought bubble.

"Hey, Iida…I heard your internship is in Hosu, and, well…I just wanna make sure you’re okay.” At that point it was no secret what had happened to Ingenium, the news outlets picking up the story of the hero killer Stain’s latest victim and running with it. It was a miracle he was still alive.

The taller boy took in his friends’ expressions, giving her a forced smile. “Don’t worry, everything is perfectly fine.”

"Well, don't do something stupid. I know you want Stain to pay...but vengeance is not the answer to justice. Plus, if something happened to you, I don't know if your brother would ever forgive himself. Besides, he's still alive to see you become a hero, that's what matters." Izumi said patting his hand.

Iida blinked and realized, if he went off to find Stain and got hurt, or worse, his brother would really be broken.

Iida nodded with a thanks and everyone went to their respective Internships.

As Recovery Girl and Izumi arrived at Ryukuu's Agency, she noticed a number of the Sidekicks were women, glad this place gives the ladies their due.

As Ryukuu discussed with RG and Izumi, they were doing some basic training with stealth, which is best with Izumi's Lunar and Aqua Forms.

Melding into water was as easy as breathing and Izumi carefully used her night vision for dark places.

"As I noticed, you have two methods of healing right?" Ryukuu asked.

"Yeah, each of my forms have a different method of power ups and self-healing, but I recently unlocked Heal Bell. It allows me to heal my allies. It's usually for external injuries, not so much with internal. But it can help with burns, poison, and paralysis." Izumi said.

"And the self healing?"

"Aqua Ring, Volt Absorb, Flash Fire, Morning Sun, Moonlight, Ice Body, Synthesis, and Draining Kiss." Izumi explained.

The next day, the duo arrived at Mirko's place.

She is a tan-skinned woman of average height. She has narrow red eyes with long, defined eyelashes, and straight white hair reaching her thighs with bangs that extend to the left of her face. While slender and curvaceous in frame, she also sports a lean, athletic, and well-defined build, especially in her arms and legs. From her Quirk, Mirko has long white rabbit ears pointing upwards above her head, along with a small and white round tail, giving her an overall resemblance to an albino rabbit.

"I initially thought that with your appearance, you could only be cute, but you exceeded expectations! I normally don't take on interns, but you did catch my interest. I'd like to test on your best transformation." Mirko smiled.

"Alright, don't say I didn't warn you!" Izumi said tapping her Leaf Stone.

In her Grassy Form, she used Grass Knots to catch the Rabbit Hero off guard, especially when she changed the weather for her Weather Ball, using Copycat, Leech Seed, and Leaf Storm.

And when Mirko attempted to ambush her, Izumi struck back with a Supersonic Skystrike.

Mirko breathed heavily as she laid on the ground.

"Gotta admit....you gave me a run for my money. You'd be a shoo-in for the Top 5 no doubt!" She laughed.

Izumi had to keep herself from laughing at Katsuki.

The boy's hair was combed neatly and was in jeans thanks to Best Jeanist.

"Midoriya, how do you find your friend's appearance?" He nodded, proud of his work.

"Well, it doesn't fit his personality, but I like the jeans." Izumi smiled.

"You dare breathe a word-!" Katsuki snarled.

"Gentleman don't threaten others,” Best Jeanist reminded him, side eyeing the blond. He turned to Izumi, looking over her costume. “The styling of your costume is simple but acceptable; considering that it changes for your transformation."

"Thanks, though I'm surprised that Aoyama didn't apply here. He'd fit in in a heartbeat." Izumi said.

Then Jeanist pulled a small tube out of a cabinet, opening the packaging and handing it to her.

"Lip gloss?" She asked.

"Oil. I noticed your best attack in your Fairy Form involved a direct kiss so it's important to keep them in prime condition."

"Tch, like it could help in her other forms." Katsuki snided.

But Izumi gained a thoughtful look with realization.

She smiled and without thinking, kissed Katsuki on the cheek, stunning him.

"Thanks for the idea Bakugou! Jeanist, do your female workers have lip gloss that could coordinate with my colors?" She said as they talked.

RG giggled at Katsuki's still expression.

Izumi, during that day, came up with some new attacks for each of her Transformations.

Static Kiss
Hypnotic Kiss
Shadow Kiss
Freezing Kiss
Blooming Kiss

All have similar effect as Draining Kiss, but Burning leaves a burn, static is paralysis, Hypnotic is Sleep, Shadow is confusion, Freezing is frozen, Aqua and Blooming is best for Healing.

Somewhere in a bar...

Shigaraki scowled behind Father at the so-called Hero Killer. The man looked like an edgelord boss from a bad game reboot. He kept it to himself as he had to negotiate. Sensei did say he would be essential in the downfall of heroes. In his hand was a photo of Izumi at the Sports Festival.

"You're the ones who attacked U.A.," Stain said observing the room. "And you want to add me to your numbers."

"Yes, that's the idea. You've got way more experience as a villain, old man," Shigaraki said. He didn't like this guy.

"What are you after?" Stain asked.

"Right now. I'm just doing Master's orders. He wants All Might dead. For what, I'm not sure, but we do agree on something. There are too many heroes, phonies, running around, those with flashy quirks, promoting justice with violence become beloved, while those with lesser power or quirks they deem villainous are kicked to the curb, like they don't matter. At the same time, people are smiling like nothing is wrong, while people are getting killed at any moment. I don't know if they are ignorant or just stupid, but once I find that answer, I'll confirm my conviction." Tomura said.

Kurogiri was surprised at this. Usually, his charge would go on a childish trade, but he seemed to be taking the conversation more smoothly. Could his defeat at the USJ humbled him somewhat?

Stain looked a little conflicted but interested with his answer. He seemed to be a lapdog for a real mastermind, but right now he seemed to be looking for an answer to his existence, for his purpose.

"Well, we do agree on one thing. The present needs to change........your warp gate should be able to move again. Send me back to Hosu."

".........Do as he asks, Kurogiri."

"Yes."

Shigaraki left with Kurogiri to Hosu as they saw Stain getting ready for another hunt.

"Kurogiri. Get some Nomu ready." Tomura said.

During the next day, Izumi and RG just finished a day with Gunhead and learning some martial arts with Ochaco. Which worked best with Izumi's Fairy Form.

They would get to rest up for Edgeshot's agency, but then their train suddenly lurched and an alarm came on.

The train would be delayed due to damages caused by a nearby threat. Izuku could see the others waiting for the train looking to one another nervously, before full blown panic ensued as the station began to shake.

Recovery Girl gripped her student’s arm tightly. “We’ll have to call a car,” she muttered to herself, trying not to let the crowd of people jostle her too much. “Midoriya, I need you to stay close by.”

"I would but people are being so scared I can't keep up!" Izumi said, then she spotted Iida on the ground and Stain moving toward him.

"Recovery Girl, Iida's down and Stain’s here!" Izumi yelled as the old lady was shocked.

Luckily, another hero arrived on the scene, Edgeshot.

"You know Iida?"

Izumi nodded. Recovery Girl sighed. "Midoriya, let Edgeshot handle Stain, but I give you permission to help your classmate."

"Yes Recovery Girl." Izumi said getting into her Fairy Form.

Tenya let out a groan as Stain’s sword twisted in his shoulder, the villain mocking him as he did. He had just shoved Native out of the way when Stain was about to attack him.

“While pathetic, you kept me from killing.” Stain mocked, pulling the blade out and licking the blood off of it, activating his quirk. In an instant, Tenya was completely paralyzed.

My body…why won’t it move…

“I dont know if you are here by coincidence or for revenge, but I'll let you off as you took a blow for my target.”

The villain was turning to leave when a fist collided with his jaw, sending him stumbling back.

It was Edgeshot and Izumi followed quickly helping Iida.

Edgeshot fought against Stain as Izumi healed Iida. "I was worried when you didn't respond to my texts. What happened?"

"I was doing patrol with Native and I spotted Stain coming at him...I pushed him out of the way."

"Least you remembered my advice." Izumi smiled.

"Yeah, revenge is not heroic."

Meanwhile, Edgeshot had difficulty taking down Stain, but Kirishima and Todoroki came by and helped defeat Stain.

But then a strange winged Nomu swooped down clutching Izumi in its grasp, as she struggled to get out, but then Stain freed himself in the commotion and jumped onto the creature’s back, using his last knife to pierce its brain. The creature let out a screech, plummeting to the ground. Stain pulled Izumi from its grasp, holding her aloft as they crashed into the street below.

She got knocked out in the process.

"Dangit, we were so close. Let's get out of here." Shigaraki told Kurogiri.

"Yessir."

Izumi felt her head throbbing as she woke up.

She found herself in a hospital bed as Shoto, Iida and Kirishima were there too.

"Midoriya, you alright?" Kirishima asked.

"Yeah, just a little dizzy." Izumi said. "What happened?"

"Well.......Stain saved you." Iida said.

What?

"It's hard to believe but, when you were statched up by that new Nomu, Stain killed it and got you back." Iida nodded with a serious look.

"Well, I'm still happy you listened to my words Iida." Izumi smiled.

Shoto looked at the class rep, he was bad with emotions, but he understood exactly how Iida felt about Stain.

“I agree. I know how hard it is,” he finally said, “living with that darkness…trying to keep it from consuming you. The important thing is you listened to Midoriya's advice, no one died, the Hero Killer has been arrested and I got to show my father I can be a great hero without him.”

"Yeah, but minus Iida and Midoriya, we're still in trouble for engaging with the Hero Killer. They let us off easy, but they are having Endeavor take the credit. I think it's unmanly, but we still don't have a provisional license yet." Kirishima added.

Izumi can understand that.

As she barely had injuries, she got to leave right away with Recovery Girl, as they still had to see Edgeshot, Kamui Woods and Hawks.

The rest of Izumi's internship went off well.

Edgeshot's agency...

Izumi was impressed with how many Ninja Sidekicks were here.

Edgeshot is a slim and muscular man, shorter than most of his top-class heroic peers. He has gray hair shaped into three sharp points that cover the right side of his face and dark gray eyes, and he wears a mask over his lower face, covering his nose and mouth.

His hero costume adapts the appearance of a traditional ninja. He wears a blue mask that covers his mouth, tied at the back of his head with red yarn. He also sports red shinobi shozoku underneath a blue robe. His arms are covered in a thin, dark cloth that tucks into his white forearm sleeves. He also wears dark gloves, but only in the manga. There are red straps attached to his belt and his robe that extend outward.

The hero has a gold mask attached to his right shoulder and sports a signature red scarf with a white patch attached to the front. Her finishes his costume with blue socks and yellow zori sandals.

"Midoriya, we'll be doing a stealth mission today, a minor villian conducting a drug deal. Do you have a form to catch them off guard?"

"That would be my Lunar Form. Best for surprise attacks too."

It was easy to find the fuse box and confuse the guards first, sending people into a panic.

And in Izumi's Lunar Form, it was not hard to knock out the boss.

Next is the up and coming Kamui Woods, as they simply did a patrol and stopped a few petty burglaries.

Izumi used her Grassy Form as it was a nice sunny day.

She even got to meet Death Arms and Mt. Lady in the process.

The final hero for her was the current No. 3 hero Hawks.

He is a man of average height with a slim and narrow build. He has feathery, ash blond hair that is swept messily backward, with some of the front tufts sticking up in arcs above his head. His eyebrows are notably thick, having a similar texture as his hair, and he has faint stubble on his chin.

His eyes are golden-brown and rather triangular, with two small black triangles just below his tear ducts and in the top corners of his eyes, making them resemble those of a bird. His Quirk grants him a set of large, bright red feathered wings. Although the sizing of his wings is somewhat inconsistent, they are mostly shown to reach over his head when folded.

His hero costume resembles an aviator's uniform; he wears a black shirt with a wavy golden pattern, over which he has a modified tan jacket with a high collar and slits over his shoulders to accommodate his wings; the insides and cuffs of the sleeves are lined with white fur, and black gloves. He has a red square-shaped lobe piercing in each ear, although these are rarely visible as he usually wears a pair of yellow ear-protective headphones over them. A rounded, yellow-tinted visor protects his eyes, presumably from UV radiation above the clouds and dirt particles at high speeds.

Tokoyami was also there.

"Tokoyami, how are you?" Izumi greeted.

"Alright. I heard you ran into the Hero Killer. In fact, people are also asking if you're ok." He said.

"Me?"

"Of course." Hawks said approaching them. "It's hard to forget the girl who won the First-Year Stage of the Festival. Not to mention how you healed a classmate and nearly got taken by the League of Villains. Quite impressive you became this famous, and still not an official heroine yet."

"Ah, I'm flattered you think highly of me Hawks!" Izumi bowed with a blush.

"Ah, no need to be formal, call me Keigo sweetheart." He grinned.

Izumi blinked.

Was the No. 3 flirting with her?!

Recovery Girl whacked Keigo with her cane.
"Hawks, she's still underage!"

"I can wait a couple years." He said with a cheeky smile.

Izumi was blushing as Dark Shadow was concerned.

"In an updated news report, the Hero Killer Stain has finally been captured and arrested by the Number 2 hero, Endeavor. But before he was taken away, Stain rescued a First-Year student from U.A. from another strange villain allied with the League of Villians, yelling that what he did was to create a better society, as he was originally inspired by All Might. The League's leader was said to have been spotted but he escaped, his whereabouts are unknown." A news reporter said as Izumi turned off the report on her last night after going to Hawks' Agency.

'I still can't believe people are still talking about it...however, his words do resonate with people. There are heroes out there that did get on the wrong side of the law and yet they are not being charged for it...Whether people know it or not, Stain has planted a seed of doubt, which will grow with time. And it couldn't have come at a worse time. Iida was injured no later than his brother in the same city, and earlier, they orcastrated the USJ Incident. No one was hurt, but the villains showed that U.A.'s security is questionable. Both incidents involved attacks on First-Year students. This won't be the last either. If more incidents occur, the flames of Stain’s ambition will be fanned. No doubt villains will take the opportunity as well...but...it doesn't seem to be Shigaraki's style. He seemed more intent on destruction without a cause. No one knows what his end goal is...just what kind of villain he is?' Izumi thought.

She exhaled a breath when she realized she had stayed up a little late and decided the worry could wait tomorrow.

Internship week was finally over as Izumi sat at her desk and her fellow classmates came in.

"HAHAHAHA!"

Then she turned to see.....

"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! What's with your hair?!?!" Sero laughed with Kirishima.

"Shut it! My hair got used to this and I can't fix it!" Katsuki yelled as his hair was actually combed out nice and neat.

"I warned you that he styles his interns' hair." Izumi smiled.

"I'd say it's a good look for you, pretty boy!" Sero laughed.

"What did you call me damn stuffed toy?!" Katsuki yelled as his hair 'bombed.'

"It's back!" the duo said.
Then Ochako walked over to Izumi. "Zuzu! I heard what happened! You alright?"

"Yeah, I still can't believe you guys got caught up with the Hero Killer!” Kaminari said.

"Yeah, in fact I got that a lot on the train." Izumi said.

"It’s become a rallying cry,” Tokoyami commented after Kaminari inevitably mentioned the video. “Stain may no longer be roaming the streets, but his ideology still is. You'd be surprised how many people believe in it.”

Izumi nervously nodded as they got to their chairs as class started.

A couple of days passed and Izumi had been doing extra studying as Finals were coming.

"While I’m sure most of you tried to gather information on what your final exam would be,” Aizawa began, his eyes sweeping over the class. “But this year, we’ve decided to mix things up a bit. You’ll be working in teams of two, facing off against a certain teacher. And the teams and teachers will be selected at random.”

“We thought it best to test not only how much you’ve learned, but how well you’re able to work with one another in a stressful situation against a real pro!” Nezu announced from beside Aizawa, the little creature smiling at the students.

The students looked to one another in disbelief.

“How are we supposed to beat them? They’re pros!!” Ashido groaned in misery.

“No need to worry. We’ll be wearing specially designed weights during the exam, to give you an advantage,” Midnight informed them, holding up a heavy metal bracer.

"Plus, you won't necessarily need to beat us, you have the option to reach a checkpoint gate or subdue us with a capture tape. And as reward, the students that passed will get to go to a summer camp program for quirk training." Aizawa added, getting students excited.

The students had two weeks to prepare for finals and Izumi had been cramming an extra hour of studying every day.

She had to put dance lessons on hold due the Exams, but she ran into a familiar face.

"Oi."

It was the burnt male who was her dance partner.

"It's been a while pup. Where were you?" He asked.

"Ah, I've had to study for Finals. Can't say any more than that."

"Hm. Understandable. Though, I remember you won the Festival. What was that form you had at the end?"

"Oh, that's my animal form. I turn into that when I run out of energy for my Transformations. I can still use attacks though." Izumi said as she approached the train, bidding goodbye.

The male paused for a while, and considered Giran's offer.

Chapter Text

The day of Exams came.

It was a breeze to get through the written test for Izumi.

The tough part was the Physical Exam so they had to be prepared.

For the matchups, Izumi found herself paired up with Sero and they were to face Midnight.

Izumi turned to her partner and decided to discuss strategy.

"Alright, I've mentored with Midnight before, and I took time to evaluate her quirk. With her quirk, she can make people drowsy, but she has to expose her skin to do it. However, it still has its drawbacks: It's more effective on males than females, and only works when inhaled. She's usually immune to her own quirk, but if she goes past her limit, she'll become drowsy herself. And the aroma can only reach about ten meters max, which is about 32 feet, so it's not useful for long distance."

"I get it. That's why she prefers to fight in enclosed spaces, so her enemies don't have time to escape." Sero caught on.

"I'd say the best option we have is my Flame, Grassy, or Aqua Forms. Fairy too in case. And you already know what they do and my limits." Izumi said.

"My cellophane tape can immobilize opponents, hold large structures together, and support my own weight. However, there is a point at which the tape can't handle any more, usually with larger or stronger opponents." Sero explained his quirk.

Izumi had an idea what they can do as they went over their plan as they waited for their turns.

Finally, Izumi and Sero was gonna face Midnight.

They headed off as Izumi smelled a familiar scent and got Sero to use his tape to reach a building.

"Alright, time for the combo!" Izumi said as she went into Flame Form. Then used Smog, Willowisp, and Scary Face, creating a image of a monstrous face looming above Midnight.

This caught her off guard as Izumi then used Sunny Day then a Weather Ball with Swift.

As Midnight kept dodging the Swift, she did not notice Sero sneaking around and capture her with his tape, while keeping his helmet on.

With her caught off guard, Izumi used Quick Attack and got the cuffs on her mentor.

"That's the match! Midoriya and Hanta wins!" An announcement was made.

"Wow! How did she do that scary thing?!" Sato asked.

"That was a combo of moves she used, and with the right pattern, she made it appear like some monster looming above Midnight-Sensei, basically, she created an Intimidation technique!" Momo explained.

"It is definitely terrifying, for real if she can create one with poison." Jiro said.

"A true bouquet of terror. Its really terrifying if she can use it for her other attacks." Tokoyami adds.

"She could be more scary than most villains." Mina shivered.

Izumi got Midnight out of the cuffs before turning to Sero.

"You did great Sero." She hugged him, still in her Flareon Form, and Sero blushed.

"Hey, I can't take all the credit, you came up with the plan." She smiled awkwardly.

Midnight giggled at the display.

Thinking back, she saw how Shoji, Sero, a boy from Dance Class she met and mentioned, and even Bakugou are around her.

She can't wait to see if any more boys are interested in her pupil.

At a specific bar somewhere, Shigaraki looked a bit ticked looking at the newcomers.

It was not even a month since Stain was arrested, but people still talked about him while Shigaraki was in the dust.

Now, he was meeting with sympathizers who wanted to join the League.

One of them, Toga or something, she was responsible for deaths involving blood loss. Her outfit of a schoolgirl was off-putting with her creepy grin, but he knew what they said about the crazy ones. Anyway, she had a transformation quirk that required her to drink the blood of those she wanted to turn into. That would make her an efficient spy.

Then the other, Dabi, had a semi-burned body that made him think he could scare Freddy Kruger. He has a powerful cremation quirk, but his body is not suited for high temperatures, which explains the burns. However, he realized such a thing could be possible if he came from a quirk marriage, and God knows how bad those went. So much so that the government finally stepped in and made them illegal.

While he didn't like them, he had to replenish his numbers, this time in quality. Like his master said, one thing at a time. Creating an army could come later.

Giran would look for others who are willing to join. He said something about finding a friend that could make clones of himself, a mutant, and two escaped convicts?

Right now, he had time to kill. He stood up from his seat and walked.

"Shigaraki?" Kurogiri asked.

"Going for a walk." The blue-haired male said as he took the hand off his face.

With Izumi, she was happy that all her classmates got to go to the summer camp in a last-minute twist.

To prepare for camp, they headed to the shopping mall for stuff they needed. Izumi thought that she could get some supplies too. Some of the flavored lip gloss recommended by Best Jeanist for one.

She settled for strawberry, watermelon, blueberry, mint, citrus, vanilla, honey, and mango.

Then she headed to another store for workout clothes, thinking if they were going to train their quirks, their clothes would get dirty.

Unknown to her, a particular person spotted her.

Shigaraki was just minding his own business and figured he could look for that new game at the mall he heard about since he had time to kill.

Then he spotted a familiar mop of hair and long brown ears.

He couldn't believe his luck!

Smiling, he walked over. "Hey, you're from U.A., right? The girl that won the First-Year division in the Sports Festival?" He said, throwing an arm over Izumi. "I'm a big fan."

"OH! Um thank you..." Izumi said nervously.

"It's nothing, in fact, I can't believe we are meeting again."

That made Izumi pause. 'Again?'

"I wonder if this is fate...or destiny to meet up here. Although, we have not seen each other since the USJ Incident."

Izumi froze and slowly looked at the person with a hand around her neck, all but one finger on it.

".....Five-point activation. So that's how your quirk works." She quietly said.

Without that hand on his face, Izumi could see he had light blue hair, red eyes, redder than Katsuki's, wrinkles, no eczema around his eyes, and chapped lips. On the right side of his lips, he had a beauty mark.

"Want to catch up, Midoriya Izumi?"

"Shigaraki Tomura."

"Now, no need to make a scene. I was minding my own busness, but seeing you, I can't help but need to chat. It's that simple. Just act casual. Like I'm an old friend you ran into. Try anything funny, and I'll disintergrate you right here." Tomura smirked.

Izumi had to keep calm as she was in the hold of a villain. "In a place where there are so many people? You know a hero would catch you, or is that what you want? To cause a scene?"

"Maybe, maybe not. But after you I could kill 20, 30, or more before a pro showed up."

Izumi frowned. Then she remembered a tactic Midnight taught her. If you can't convince them, confuse them.

"Well, I have been feeling a bit peckish and haven't had lunch yet; how about we get something? I got what I need anyway." Izumi then led Shigaraki to the food court and got some classic MDs.

Shigaraki blinked as Izumi paid for their meals, and they sat in an isolated corner. One minute, he threatened a U.A. student, and now he's having lunch with them. She even got them a special with two sodas, fries, and cheeseburgers.

"So, what is it you want to talk about?" Izumi asked as she now sat across from her 'captor.'

".....There's a lot of things I hate, but right now its that stupid Hero Killer. He practically overshadowed me and no one is giving me a second thought." Shigaraki said as he had some fries.

"I figured. The media seems to think that Stain became one of you guys, but I knew he's more of a lone wolf. He does not look like the type to follow orders." Izumi said before biting into her burger.

"At least you got the whole picture." Shigaraki said, a little happy she knew Stain was not one of his men. "But I want your opinion. What's the difference between us?" He asked before taking a sip from his soda.

"Where do I start? While I disagree with his goals and how he does it, he did research. He targeted heroes doing shady dealing behind the door, sans Ingenium. Still, he was probably targeted for being from a wealthy hero family. Stain believed wealth and fame corrupted heroism and wanted to return the word's original value. People listened to him because there are heroes who have caused damage to lives and debt and are not reprimanded for it for one reason or another. That's what he was trying to expose.

However, you want to destroy something just because you don't like it, which is old and does not explain anything. Many villains want to kill All Might for a corn chip, so what you did was not really news. You got 15 minutes of fame because you attacked the class that pumps out pro-heroes, and the U.A. security failed for the first time ever. But even so, All Might can not be around forever. There will always be someone better." Izumi said as Tomura looked surprised. "Plus, no one knows what you want after."

"After?"

"Your end goal. What do you plan to do when All Might is dead? Take over Japan and become an overlord? Destroy the rest of the world until there is nothing left? Or will you just call it a day and vanish? What do you want to accomplish with him dead? That's why people find you confusing. But I want to ask: Is it really your goal?" Izumi said, sipping her soda.

Shigaraki would be stunned, but Izumi did provide an interesting point.

What did he want?

He did want to destroy, but the entire world? That sounds like too much of a hassle. Plus, no one would make the newest games anymore if that happened. There is no way he would just vanish; he did not get this far just to disappear if he accomplished his mission.

Now, being an overlord sounded over the top, but it was interesting at the same time.

"Shigaraki?"

Ah, he overthought.

"My goal? I believed that it could be All Might. If this society worships trash like him, smiling like there's no one he couldn't save, when in reality he can't. In fact, when you ran into the Hero Killer, he was the one to save you from my latest Nomu, not a hero. People witnessed it and are talking about that too. Despite him being here, haven't you noticed he has not been showing up as much lately? If he really is the No. 1 hero, why would he choose to shut down his agency to be a teacher? No one would reach out to me when I lost everything, like they thought a hero would help me........they didn't.........but Sensei did."

That caught Izumi's attention.

"Sensei...Is he the one behind everything involving the League? What is he to you?" Izumi asked with curiosity.

"I owe him my life. He took me in when nobody would. He even gave me my name." Shigaraki said with a level of loyalty that Izumi never heard before.

For a moment, she wanted to shift into her Fairy Form and sense what he was feeling. From that sentence, it told Izumi that Shigaraki had a rough beginning. If she had to guess, his quirk came in late, as those with exceptional power can be destructive. Those children are often placed in 'special' care or thrown to the streets for having such a dangerous quirk. She didn't like that.

"How long ago was that?"

"About fourteen years from now, or fifteen, since I just turned twenty. I'm legally an adult now." He smugly said.

Izumi had to fight off a blush from that.

Then Shigaraki stood up. Izumi tensed as he leaned over. To onlookers, it would look like an intimate moment.

Instead of grabbing her neck, he whispered in her ear.
"Thanks for the chat and lunch, it's like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. The next time we meet, I'd suggest you watch your back. Because I won't let you get away."

He left with his hands in his pockets, and Izumi breathed like she held her breath for an eternity.

'At least he left peacefully...but.....he still has his sights on eliminating All Might? But why him out of all the heroes? Why does his Sensei seem okay with it? Is All Might's death this Sensei's goal, too? And what does he get out of it?'

She had to inform someone.

After sending Uraraka a text, she had to leave early, explain that something had come up, and called a specific number.

At a police station...

Sansa picked up the phone. "Police, may I help you?"

"Is this Sansa? I need a meeting with Inspector Tsukauchi right away. Get Principal Nezu too. I ran into the leader of the League of Villians. My name's Midoriya Izumi, Class 1A."

Izumi was then in a room with Tsukauchi and Nezu to tell them what happened.

"He wasn't actively seeking the students?"

"No, he said he was minding his business when he spotted me and decided to have a chat. He wanted me to tell him why everyone focused on Stain, not him. Plus, he threatened he would kill people if I didn't cooperate. I had to prevent a panic, so I took him aside for lunch to have him drop his guard." Izumi said in embarrassment in the last part.

Truth.

Tsuchauchi continued. "I see. Is he still after All Might?"

"Yes, however, it may not be his plan from the start. He mentioned having a Sensei that took him in, probably after he lost his family. He did not say if it was from a villain attack or anything, but it may have stemmed from his hatred of heroes because he was not saved by one, even when other people just passed by. From what I could get, Shigaraki is fiercely loyal to him. He was found probably at age five since he said he just turned twenty and Sensei found him fifteen years ago and gave him his name."

Truth.

This surprised Tsukauchi. This Sensei may be the same person they have really been fighting against.

"So Shigaraki is not his real name after all." Nezu said. "It'll be hard to find who he is if he's using a fake name."

"How about follow a Missing's trail? Shigaraki didn't exist until fifteen years ago." Izumi suggested.

"I'll have some of my staff look into cases of Missing Persons that were reported around that time. It can give a good indication of who he previously was." Tsukauchi said.

"If it helps, I can narrow down something. Aside from blue hair, he didn't wear his face mask. He had red eyes, almost crimson, and a beauty mark on the right side of his mouth. He also has severe eczema around his eyes and mouth, probably a side effect of his quirk." Izumi said.

"Thank you Midoriya, you'll be hearing from us." Nezu said. "But the teachers wont like it when I tell them this."

A little thought had been bugging me for a while and I have to get this out.

How would you feel on reading a TWST x MHA fanfic, but here is the catch:

Yuu/MC is the child of Tenko/Tomura and Fem!Izuku!
(Tenko survives and is saved by Fem!Izuku, and she helps him through rehab and all that. He also became a Support Hero aiding his wife, and is a teacher for the Support Course at U.A. The 5 Point Hero: Dust.)

I'd like to know what you all think and possible shenanigans that could come from this.
