Summary
It is Ivalice, it is the year 1989, we are in the basement of the Ivalice Historical Society, we have found a cache of tomes that date back over 500 years. The Durai Papers were released about 100 years ago, they changed our world, we know the truth, and now we bask in the light of revelation. We watched "The War of the Lions" together, it was a movie produced twelve years ago, and had three sequels, one just came out three years ago.
That cache of tomes, they were written by six individuals that have never been really known until now. Gone, until we speak their names to a world that never knew they existed.
The four of us know their stories now, The Six Cadets, resurrected through the words on the decrepit pages of the books carrying all remnants of their existence. We will never forget how they changed our lives, even if history had not even a footnote for them. We love them.
