Summary
“We used to be so in love with each other,” Lestat thought to himself, “During our honeymoon years. Why can’t we just have them again? What happened to us? What happened to our love?” He turned his head and looked at Louis, the other doing the same thing at the same time. Two beings that did their best to drift away from each other but could not help but be pulled towards the other, mirroring each other, swallowing each other without even touching. Lestat thought about asking the questions that just passed through his head out loud, throwing them at Louis just to see what the other would do with them. “Do you want to move to the backseat?”, he asked instead.

During an interview with Daniel, Lestat gets a call that Louis is going to pay him a visit. What follows is a night filled with desperation, delusions and the exchange of bodily fluids on the backseat of Louis's Porsche.
