   Summary

   It's the 75th Quarter Quell, and all competitors in the Hunger Games must be reaped from the existing pools. District 9, however, only has two living victors, both of them men. The Capitol decides to reap them both, forgoing any female competitors from this district.

   The two tributes are Hwang Inho, the winner of the 55th Hunger Games, and Seong Gihun, the winner of the 59th Hunger Games.
