"So... Those elixirs look promising."
"I didn't think you'd want anything to do with me after what happened with Sparky and Bumble... What do you care for Jekyll and Hyde?"
"Hahaha... I don't care much for them at all. But I care much for what you do with this prison we're both stuck in. What little I see, I savor. And when you're here, I get access to a little bit more."
"Yes, well... Thank you for the unneeded lecture. Whatever you say, I'm not going to listen. No matter what you try to do to me. Though... I know that's never stopped you before..."
"Yet you still insist. Thinking your ultimatums mean something to me. You babble. Like a little baby."
"Oh, do shut your mouth."
"If only, my dear. If only... No, the matter's too intriguing. You REALLY don't want to take EITHER elixir? I must say, I'm shocked. I thought you'd want the drink that would turn you docile. That would prevent you from hurting anyone else. You saw what happened to Doodley. I thought you'd want that. Especially after what occurred in Hell. After what happened with that child--"
"Shut up."
"You really don't wonder what it's like? On either side of that coin?"
"You don't care if I hurt someone or if I don't. You'll find a way to mock me either way. You'll mock me and tell me I'm a monster if I do what needs to be done and you'll call me a coward if I refuse to harm a hair on someone's head or a feather on their backs."
"On the contrary... I care very deeply. Personally, I think you should take the yellow one."
"See? This is exactly what I--What?"
"There's no stopping what you've become, Bee. You're a monster. That's why you're in Hollowvale. You've seen the things your so-called 'friends' have done when left to their own devices. You know what you yourself have done. Admit it. You LIKE the way it feels to siphon soul energy off of someone. You like the power it brings you, the energy you're provided, the rush that comes with snuffing out another life. You enjoy creating skeletons with which to bash and beat and destroy. You even wish you could do the same."
"Stop it..."
"You've tried so hard to claim you're above it all, but when it comes down to it, you turn to your darker side. Just as I'd hoped. Why stop now? You want to get out of Beelzebub's stomach, don't you?"
"Stop it!"
"You want to help your friends be free and happy? Use your power without limits. The elixir promises strength, confidence, power... Everything you lack. Everything I could give you if only things were different. Aside from the physical strength, of course. Drink it and become unstoppable. Drink it. And become close to a god."
"I said STOP IT!"
"You're right... You're a grown adult. You can make your own decisions. However misguided they may be. But you know where I stand. And quite frankly, I think you know where your friends stand as well. The prudence elixir serves some better than others. The same applies to the Hyde elixir. Think about it. Raw, unadulterated power at your fingertips, to resurrect, manipulate, and rend beyond your wildest dreams, with bone by itself or with your own two hands. Or flowers, sunshine, and rainbows that will be digested like they're nothing by demonic stomach acid."
"And why should I listen to a single thing you have to say now? When all you want is to hurt me and--and use me to help you plot my own downfall?"
"When have I ever been wrong before? You don't remember anything I've told you, for the most part, but I have never lied to you, Bee. That was part of our arrangement. Never to lie to one another. And quite frankly, I think one of us has held up that end of the bargain a little better than the other."
"I don't believe you. You're the one who did this to me, why should I believe that? Even if we made such a promise once upon a time. You and I both know I'm not that same person anymore."
"Au contraire, ma cherie."
"What would you do if I took the prudence elixir? Made myself 'weak' like you claim I would be? Then what?"
"That's entirely up to you. I wouldn't be going anywhere, if that's what you're hoping. No... You'd really be the only thing to change if you took that dreck."
"And the Hyde elixir?"
"You heard what I said. You heard my claims."
"I'm no stranger to the plight of Dr. Jekyll and the assault of Mr. Hyde on the poor man's body. You're not stupid. Not by any means. I think you know the possibilities that await both of us if I take the Hyde elixir."
"Do you think that's such a bad thing, all things considered?"
"I'm done. I'm leaving. I'm waking up. I've heard enough. I have had ENOUGH of you. I cannot wait for the day Sparky comes back here so She and I can--"
"Can what? Kick my ass? Kill me? Do away with me? Hahahaha! Ohhh, you misguided, naive fool. Go. Wake back up again and see where your mind will be in the waking world. The more you give me, the more I can use. Ta-ta. Child."
