Summary
Caitlyn had always struggled to find a connection with people, it wasn't common for her to love someone unconditionally outside of what they could give her, so she strained away from relationships and tended to fall into short term situations and flings.
Vi on the other hand, also struggled with the connecting part of people; but she didn't exactly try to find someone new. Vi trusted her own judgement, and she wouldn't go searching or yearning for just anyone. She tended to let people come to her or wait long periods of time before jumping into something no matter how much she liked the girl.
