Gabriel was getting ready to leave. none of the people he had hoped to see had shown up, and Minos prime was spiking the punch again.
on his way out, he spotted V1, which was abnormal, they usually didn't show up to these types of parties...
they weren't even wearing anything festive.
"Excuse me, Machine..." he said, as he tried to step around V1.
V1 didn't move, instead, they were staring at something at the top of the doorframe.
Gabriel looked up, and noticed there was mistletoe, affixed to the top of the frame.
He was now standing in-between the door and the outside. directly under the mistletoe. with V1.
"Oh no." He thought to himself.
his heartbeat sped up.
"Well... Who am I to deny tradition..." He mumbled out loud.
V1 tilted their head at him, curiously.
He hesitated.
finally, V1 signed: [KISS?]
"Y-Yes... I'd like to." He mumbled.
He leaned in close to V1. time seemed to slow to a crawl.
V1 wrapped their arms around Gabriel, and he blushed.
Their heads closed the gap, with a soft *clink*.
Gabriel left the christmas party feeling better than he had felt in a long time.
