   Summary

   Chuck is defeated and the universe is under new management. Jack raises Castiel from the Empty and sends him back home, with some strict limitations on what he can and can't do in this time of non-interference.

   Castiel returns to find Dean hurt. With his new restrictions, he can't instantly heal him like he used to. But in this new, more peaceful world, he has the time and opportunity to comfort him the slow way.
