Summary:Jason has always had a fraught relationship with sleep. As long as he can remember, at least. He’s never felt safe enough to truly relax, and sleeps lightly enough to wake at the slightest noise or movement. He’s always got a knife under the pillow and a gun within easy reach.
So this is unfamiliar, is the point he’s getting at.

Since the fic was so short, I opted for a "no music" version as well! I've been trying to use snippets consistently. If you listen to the whole series together, I use the same snippets for the intro of all odd fics & a different one for all even fics!
Also, yes, I did skip the Explicit fic (#5 in the series) as I have to be in a very specific headspace for 'E' works (pls forgive me, bits)Thank you to Flowerparrish for podding fic #5 in the series! I love you very much!
