“Weaver!” Adora screamed over the comms, desperate to get some kind of response, “Sergeant Weaver! Do you copy?!” She paused, hand shaking violently as she clutched onto her radio. She looked at the burning building in flames right in front of her. Tears welled in her eyes and a deep pit of anxiety brewed in her stomach at the lack of response, “Fuck! Catra, baby, please!"
“I’m here,” Catra choked out, her voice just not overshadowed by the crushing sounds of the building collapsing with her still inside, “I’m alive.”
